As capitalism grows with fear, it creates a dangerous society and alienates humans, so it presents post-capitalism.

Chapter 3. The happy life of a new generation

1. A history of human dignity

1.1 The dignity of a mother-rights society

Since the primitive maternal society for tens of thousands of years was a stagnant society where the concept of time coexisted with the ancient and present was not clear, it can be seen that human dignity was from time immemorial as we thought of humans as descendants of the three god Margot (Godmother) recognized through prenatal dreams from time immemorial to today.

In other words, it is true that you are having a baby dream, and it can be affirmed that humans are the descendants of the godmother because the baby dream is not exaggerated and simple and ideological. In other words, just as the status of motherhood was sacred in the maternal society, it means that the giving birth was a humanistic society with human-centered thinking that was believed as a descendant of God.

Of course, this can be confirmed by the fact that women have played a role in the center of faith since time immemorial, and that there are still many religious human types to this day, as well as the fact that maternal intuition is generally recognized as being more advanced than men. Additionally, the maternal neo-mainstream society believed that humans were the descendants of God and that they could become fresh through the training process in the present life,

In other words, in the society of the maternal new capitalism, which was a mid-term maternal society, humans were spiritual beings embodying the belief of the ‘Hae-ho-bok-bon’. Therefore, it can be seen that human dignity stems from the maternal new capitalism society expressed in human sensitivity (inspiration) that has continued since ancient times.

In other words, the mother-in-law neo-capitalist society did not alienate men by believing that humans were descendants of God, nor did it alienate men, and guaranteed the material foundation as a shared system for a human life. This assumes that the mother-in-law neo-capitalist society had a shared system to ensure the basic goods of the results achieved through social cooperation as humans cycled forward.

In other words, the common theme is that the maternal society thought that humans who cycle forever for the progress of the soul had inherently built their own abilities and basic ‘natural wealth ownership’ before birth.

Therefore, it would be meaningful to recognize the society of the maternal new capitalist who believed humans to be the descendants of God in order to understand the natural rights. In other words, the maternal new capitalist society was a religious society that believed that all living things helped each other and made progress by being fed.

In addition, it was a society in which the female priest led the clan society, and it was a society in which the maternal ancestor was revered for the motherhood that could flesh out the soul as a non-breeding society, made a simple order to pray for progress on the slaughtered animals, or held a sacrifice at a fixed time.

In addition, there was no concept of racism as humans regarded each other as peers, and it was an open society that exchanged cultures, valued goodwill and diversity, and helped each other through free travel. This can be understood in a recent anthropologist’s report that in the early maternal society, which accounted for most of modern human history, it was a society with a relatively rich happiness index while living in natural caves or easy-to-move holes, such as the life of nomads who relied on collection or hunting.

In addition, in the case of humans, many people died during childbirth, and due to the long parenting period, the birth of a girl was a slope of the clan in the maternal society, and the population was small due to fertilization by the female priest according to food conditions such as collection and hunting in the region. In addition, it can be said that the maternal society, which developed intuition, was convinced of soul immortality as it actually experienced re-creation (embodiment, childbirth, and rearing) with the body and mind.

And through the ecological experience and contemplation of motherhood, in which the maternal society based on maternal love gives birth to gender with different characteristics of men and women, a yin-yang worldview would have been formed as humanism. In addition, it can be seen as a society that believed that the immortal soul was reinvented for endless circulation and progress through the harmony of yin and yang.

For example, even today, it can be understood from the fact that when we see musicians and geniuses, such as world-class pianists and violinists, who are born with natural talents at a young age, it is only through numerous cycles and accumulations, as if the results of their efforts at the time of survival are returned to humans and continue to develop.

Therefore, it can be seen that the maternal society considered the accumulation of social cooperation for its own work or coexistence as so-called “natural ownership” at the time of survival, thinking that the spirit circulates to advance in the process of life.

In other words, as if always sleeping and waking up, the immortal being of ‘I’ guaranteed ‘natural ownership’ as a result of social cooperation as he lived a continuous life by repeating life and death. Of course, it can be understood from the proverb that ‘people are born with their own food from birth’ in traditional Korea.

After the emergence of the paternal society, humans were understood as subjects in the three elements of heaven, earth, and phosphorus in the East, and Sakyamuni said that humans become Buddhas as soon as they realize that they are inherently spiritual beings, and Socrates said, “Know yourself” to realize that you are spiritual.

Of course, in the Middle East, Jews, descendants of the the Western barbarians people derived from the Eastern barbarians, who worshiped the monotheistic mother and globalized maternal, are different from the globalization of the society of the paternal as the monotheistic mother.

More specifically, it can be said that in the East, the Yin-Yang Five Elements thought, which is a tradition of the mother-in-law’s society, the reincarnation thought of Buddhism, and the ancestor worship of Confucianism. It can be said that it has been transformed into Taoism’s Buddha-burning fresh idea. Therefore, it can be seen that the East was a humanistic society, but the fact that religious doctrine could be transformed into a divine being through human choice and practice was a Yin-Yang philosophy.

For example, Donghak, which was created based on traditional Korean folk beliefs and belief systems as the prototype of a religion that succeeded the mother-in-law tradition, can be understood from the fact that God is with people, that is, the principle of equality among all people is based on the idea of endurance that humans are God. Therefore, it can be seen that the Eastern Heavenly Idea is a succession of the society of the mother-in-law, who thought that it was linked to the microcosm human and the macrocosm.

This can be understood from the ‘Mago Samshin Grandmother’ (Godmother) who is familiar with the life god and personality god who always dreamt in the prenatal dream that continues from Korea to this day. In other words, he is with humans as a predecessor of humans and is absolutely present, but he is a familiar godmother like a neighborhood grandmother. Of course, the character of the godmother can be understood from the belief of the ‘Hae-ho-bokbon’, which was the ultimate purpose of the mother-in-law’s society.

In other words, he thought of the real world as a special opportunity for the progress and modification of the immortal “I” and recommended returning to the human home through sharing. In other words, because he believed that life circulates in balance with the world of quantity that humans can see, the world of invisible sound, and the world of unknown and unknowable things, the eternal “I” in the real world asked him to share the deficiencies with the eternal “you” and live on his own.

In addition, as microcosm humans made numerous cyclical advances as subjects, exploring natural laws and pioneering Daewooju, they tried to find out who they were and ordered them to “prove” (prove) to firmly believe in the “double copy of the sea.”

This ritual appeared as the Hongik Human Thought, which was the national poem of the Gojoseon Dynasty, that succeeded the ancestral tradition of the mother kingdom of Korea. Of course, it can be understood in Mugyo (Shamanism), a traditional Korean folk belief that succeeded the descendants of the mother-in-law priests of the mother-in-law. Therefore, it can be seen that the human dignity of Donghak’s ‘Innaecheon’ ideology is more essential than that of the Western ‘Natural Law’.

1.2 Western ideas embodying human rights

In medieval Europe, liberal ideas began to emerge in the Renaissance era of the 14th century amid the decline of paternalism as the traditional values based on Christian culture became uncertain. Since then, liberalism has begun to take shape in its own way, although it is controversial as the state theory of social contractors such as Locke and Rousseau, who want to break away from the Hobbes totalitarian state described above, vaguely assumes actual contracts.

For example, Locke justified state power by agreeing to state power by saying ‘something consent’, but if you ask ‘something consent’ was given to the people of the country that lost the war, it can be understood that there was no consent, and that there was no ‘something consent’, especially for women.

Philosophers’ debate about liberalism (individualism) with these difficulties was fierce, and it can be seen as the reason why liberalism remained in theory until the early 19th century by existing customs based on Christian culture. To overcome this European turmoil, J. Bentham (1748-1832) emphasized social reform with the theory of individualistic utilitarianism.

In other words, the good of individuals was called happiness, and the state claimed to have power for the ‘maximum happiness of the majority’ for the public good. In addition to the fact that he created the pleasure calculation method because individual happiness lies in the amount of external pleasure rather than the inner side of humans, he was also disparaged as the ‘philosophy of pigs’ for claiming that the state can sacrifice individual rights for the public good.

Perhaps this is because Bentham, who grew up in an aristocratic family, justified totalitarian thinking for public happiness. Therefore, it can be said that men’s pursuit of pleasure overlooked the fact that suffering can be doubled for women in a society where the father-in-law is the mainstream.

Subsequently, amid the widespread conflict between the powerful and small capitalists and the anger of corrupt nobles and citizens, utilitarianism was also transformed as capitalism, which was born along with the Industrial Revolution, was solidified as the establishment of modern society. In other words, J. S. Mill (1806-1879) abandoned Bentham’s quantitative utilitarianism and insisted on qualitative utilitarianism that recognized the difference in the quality of pleasure based on human dignity.

However, in his book On Liberty (1859), written with his wife Harriet, he argued for unequal voting, concerned about the tyranny of public opinion formed by the uneducated, and emphasized the legitimacy of power.

This can be understood from the fact that a civic group (party) consisting of capitalists and liberal intellectuals who served as a bridge between the state and the people, which are characteristics of modern civil society, was formed. Of course, it is different from the basis of forming the state as a shared religious group, such as Confucianism, Taoism, and Buddhism in the East, and it is also different from the traditional Korean contemplative party.

Next, modern publicists R. B. Brandt and D. Braybrooke argue as follows. In other words, Brandt argued that when the existing moral code contradicts welfare, if the maximum axiom can be generated even by breaking the existing moral code, the existing moral code can be ignored, and that respect for morality and a set of rules must be announced in order to achieve the purpose of the public good.

Therefore, it can be understood that matriarchism can become mainstream for the public good from historical experience in which the public good was often ignored by the superior position of the strong. In addition to its incredible humanity, Breiburg argued that individuals’ ‘non-transferable rights’, such as ‘natural rights’, should be strengthened as the powers of enforcers are often used for private interests due to incomplete laws and regulations.

In other words, modern publicism argues that the ‘natural human rights’ of natural law should be strengthened. In other words, as the content of ‘natural human rights’, it is necessary to establish a system that guarantees ‘natural ownership’, which is the material basis for human dignity, to have the effectiveness of ‘natural human rights’.

1.3 The idea of natural law and utilitarianism

Because Bentham’s quantitative fairness tends to emphasize only efficiency by emphasizing quantitative life, society can develop into a battlefield. For example, if a family has a negative world view by limiting each family’s rights and exploiting the family, or limiting each family’s rights as if working in a factory, or family egoism, the essential function of the family as a basic social organization, social adaptation training and education, can be understood as meaningless, and society can become harsh as the family’s social purification function is damaged.

It can be said that Bentham’s withdrawal from this point originated from the situation of the times when the paternal value was solidified. This can be seen as a result of Bentham’s failure to understand the inner world (emotion), which is the basis of human dignity, based on the fact that he downgraded natural law or social contract to a superstition.

In contrast, Mill, a qualitative utilitarian, tended to emphasize human dignity and, as described above, to be elitist. Of course, it may be because women and the people were ignorant despite the establishment of a modern democratic society in the early 19th century.

In other words, even though the socially weak, who have been marginalized and neutralized since the old era, have become modern society, it was a transitional period out of the old era when there was a custom of feeling as if ‘the misfortune of others was one’s own happiness’ through alienation and abuse. Of course, wheat was favorable to women.

In any case, it can be understood that Brandt’s utilitarianism has progressed as it is open. Because if women’s existing moral laws are inappropriate for women and impede their welfare and public good, there is no reason to take social responsibility, and if women are implicitly ignored due to the conservatism of emotions and laws based on male supremacy, they can create their own moral laws and increase their authority.

In other words, according to Brandt’s utilitarianism, women should start by creating a power structure in which women can participate in rulemaking through female leaders in order to be guaranteed their rights. Because rights are a power (qualification) that justifies their position legally, institutionally, and morally, if women can carry out their claims of rights according to conscience to justify “mother democracy” that can realize actual gender equality, men and women will be practically equal in society and happiness can be guaranteed at home.

Therefore, it can be seen that if women themselves did not participate in the enactment of the rules for various reasons, such as institutional problems or obstruction of women’s rights, women can systematically reject them even if the rules are announced.

Of course, the reason why women should be sensitive to rights today is that if paternalism is solidified, it will be a heavy burden on ecologically welfare mothers if it is solidified into a dangerous society along with welfare reduction. As a result, it can be seen that women need an active attitude to achieve balance with paternalism by gaining half of their power.

In other words, despite the establishment of a modern democratic society, motherhood, which is at the center of family welfare, should lead the globalization of the parent democracy system, which is guaranteed “natural ownership” in the same sense as Breivk’s irreplaceable right to stability the family, as the family can be overwhelmed by the power of the entire state or abuse its superior position, such as unfair power action.

This is due to the rapid increase in family dissolution as negative things are produced due to errors in human conscience caused by paternalism in the mainstream society. Men are also living a difficult life in a world where paternalism is the mainstream.

For example, the Korean language has a view of gender equality because “there are no painful fingers” but it is only a family’s idea, and when men and women live their social lives outside of their families, the patriarch became a sandwich due to contradictions in which the family and society are inconsistent.

In other words, rather than respecting differences within the family, there is a grievance to discipline gender inequality in line with an unequal reality. Therefore, although gender equality is guaranteed by the Constitution, it is only formal, and in reality, it is perceived as a contradiction in form and content, and it can be seen that the explosion of internal conflict within the family is the cause of family dissolution.

Therefore, it can be seen that men are also victims as a result of the emergence of the paternal society and the maternal value is reduced to non-mainstream. In other words, as a result of ignoring the rights of minority individuals or justifying sacrifices for the majority in the name of the public good, the majority of men became victims. Therefore, it can be understood that utilitarianism differs greatly from maternal natural rights (natural rights).

1.4 Western Christian Culture and Natural Legal Thought

If you record the fact that Western women were discriminated against 10-1 even in the Renaissance, and then refer to the quotation, you can see that the idea of natural law was expressed in matriarchal values. “Because a woman is the source of sin, the weapon of the devil, the cause of the expulsion of paradise, and the destructor of the old law, she must carefully avoid socializing with women, so we make it clear that any woman, even a woman of the highest honor, is denied admission to this school. Anyone who violates this regulation will be severely punished by the dean,” declared the University of Bologna in 1377. (123) Bevel 284 P.

These are some examples of understanding the social status of Western women in the Middle Ages, indicating that all women in the world were in a position to be severely punished by the decree of absolute paternity. In other words, all women were alienated and were in a state as if living in a prison without bars because humans could not be questioned by the monotheistic orders.

This shows that even Western intellectuals and scholars at the time of the preceding quotation believed and despised women as just one male rib, despite the fact that the dark ages caused by Christian values in medieval Europe ended with the globalization of Genghis Khan in the 13th century. Therefore, some Christian scholars argue that natural law ideas are based on Christian ideas, but it is a false argument when recalling that women are alienated by absolute existence.

Of course, there are parts derived from Christian thought in some ways, but it can be seen that the practice of maternal neo-capitalism has emerged. This is because the maternal rights society believed humans to be the descendants of God and guaranteed the material foundation through a shared system. In other words, it means that human dignity was realized through the shared system, a form of distribution that guarantees ‘natural ownership’ as a descendant of the god mother.

As a result, it is unreasonable to claim that the monotheistic religion of the paternal religion was founded and not only the goddess religion of the Middle East was uncivilized, antagonized as an evil religion, robbed and destroyed property through violence, but also thoroughly solidified the society of the paternalism to denigrate and ignore women until modern times. Please refer to the religion’s side.

In any case, as can be seen from the previous quotation, women were not eligible for admission to Bologna University even though Western society had escaped the dark ages. In the case of women, regardless of their status, they were marginalized who were not socially and legally qualified just because they were women, and had only an obligation to do housework. Therefore, it means that they did not have the right to enter.

Therefore, considering the fact that the right underlying power means social consensus or special relationships, it becomes a legal right if guaranteed by state power, and if socially recognized, it becomes an authority as a moral right, women were alienated and virtually powerless slaves without rights (qualifications).

In other words, power is the result of a long struggle between the forces of each society and has obtained social approval, and as it means the power to fulfill one’s interests or will, the position of women who cannot form power has been treated poorly like prisoners of war. Women who have experienced this process have been given human rights under natural rights (natural law, natural human rights) since modern society was established based on the idea of natural law.

In other words, it means that human rights are guaranteed general and moral rights as a basic right that presupposes that all human beings have natural human rights. In other words, it means that individuals with natural human rights can freely participate in the enactment of laws that precede the freedom of contract. Therefore, the idea of natural law is a principle that creates a social consensus and a political system through free competition, and becomes the standard for law enactment or interpretation.

However, despite the fact that about 200 years have passed since the establishment of a modern democratic society, while paternal values are still the mainstream, the sentiment of male and female survival remains. Therefore, it can be seen that in order to realize human dignity, a new system that respects the different characteristics of men and women must be established in the power structure. In other words, it refers to maternalism that embodies an active welfare society that conforms to the nature of maternal democracy.

In any case, it is true that it is difficult to improve discriminatory emotions such as wage discrimination, gender discrimination, and racism between men and women due to a culture or system that has been created based on paternal values for a long time.

In addition, it is a problem that neoliberalism is rapidly progressing to an unsustainable situation due to ecosystem destruction due to the loss of maternal centripetal power due to human commercialization, reckless development due to infinite competition, environmental pollution, and advanced science and technology developing in dangerous directions.

In particular, as life science becomes an era in which human cloning is possible with somatic cells, if maternity and parenting are undervalued using this as an excuse, even though the maternal love, which forms the central power of human beings, must be strengthened as society develops, it may face a new crisis that is difficult to handle as a human being when maternal love declines and becomes skeptical.

This is not unfounded given the fact that abnormal motherhood is already increasing through reports from various media and that terminal phenomena such as conflict and confrontation within the family are becoming more common. Therefore, it can be seen that the form and content of the natural right must be consistent.

Therefore, just as the mother-in-law new capitalist society, which was based on human femininity, realized human dignity by guaranteeing “natural ownership,” the content of “natural human rights,” it is desirable to globalize the parent democracy system with economic democratization.

2. The idea of natural law

2.1 Natural law expressed in matriarchal values

The West developed into a feudal system based on the new fundamentalism of the father system, while the East emphasized yin-yang harmony and was based on humanism. In other words, the West was fundamentally different in that it was an absolute feudal system established by Christian absoluteness, while the civilistic state of the East pursued virtueism aimed at a moral state.

In other words, the East was an edifying state aimed at moral completion while humans believed in autonomy as subjects rather than creatures, and the West was a Christian legalist state that was the subject of creation, and humans were the glory of absolute existence as creatures or obeyed orders.

Therefore, it can be understood that the will of heaven is the will of the people in Eastern civilism, and that in the West, humans are equal under the law, which used Christianity to say that humans are equal under absolute existence as creatures.

In other words, after the mother-in-law neo-capitalist society left, humanities developed into humanism in the East, which considered humans as independent subjects, but in the Middle East, it was transformed into father-in-law neo-capitalism. Later, as Hebrism formed the basis of Western culture, humanism (Helenism) in ancient Greece declined.

In addition, as the Middle Dark Ages (3rd and 13th centuries), dominated by absolute beings, came to an end, ancient Greek philosophy emerged as humanism, and as a result of its complex development along with the philosophy of the Father, the idea of natural law emerged. As such, it can be seen that Western natural rights (law) ideas, which have become the universal value of mankind today, were born in ancient Greece after a long process from time immemorial.

In other words, Socrates’ idea of “know yourself” (meaning that you should realize that you are an immortal being) as engraved at the entrance of the pyramid influenced the disciple absolutist philosopher Plato to see Idea as the essence of existence.

This had a significant impact on the later Christian ideological system derived from Judaism. On the other hand, Aristotle, a disciple of Plato and a relativistic philosopher, dealt with the issues of perception, such as soul, politics, and natural science. In other words, he was a humanistic philosopher who thought that the world was not a will of God, but a being in which humans made their own lives as subjects.

For example, it can be understood from the fact that Aristotle, a humanistic philosopher, argued that depending on the situation, women can lead the world at the center of political power. In other words, it is not at all strange even if women create politics based on femininity themselves and make it the mainstream. Of course, Aristotle could have argued that maternalism could lead the world because he was a relativistic philosopher before the establishment of the Christian Empire.

In addition, Western empiricist philosophy, which followed Aristotle’s relativistic philosophy, not only made democracy possible based on maternal values, but also based on the fact that it was the driving force behind the development of science, it can be understood that the above is reasonable. Zeno, who pursued the personal ascension after Aristotle’s death, then emphasized the natural law in which the Stoic school (abstractionism) precedes the law.

In the midst of this, Hellenism, a humanism, and Hebrism, a paternalistic neo-bonism, developed. Since then, hebrism’s Christianity has been established as a state religion in 392 after being severely persecuted by the Roman Empire, and the philosophy of the Father for Christianity has developed around Augustine.

In other words, Christian theology not only solidified the legitimacy of gender inequality by emphasizing the original sin that the cause of the suffering in the world was caused by the original sin made by women, but also established religion other than Christianity, an exclusive paternal monotheistic religion.

In addition, Scholar’s philosophy, which was developed into philosophy by teachers of church-affiliated schools, continued from the 9th to the early 15th century. In other words, Scholar’s philosophy developed the idea of natural law into the expression of the will of absolute existence, and Thomas Aquinas, a leading philosopher of Scholar’s philosophy in the 13th century, argued for “natural human rights” that were controlled by the law of God (absolute existence), a higher law in the state made by humans.

This was called natural law, and it was said that humans under God are equal. However, it can be understood that there is a fundamental difference in the fact that it differs from natural law for human dignity as a subject, while it has a subordinate meaning as a creature in the sense that it is given authority by God, like the theory of the divine right.

2.2 An exchange of cultures between the East and the West

With the globalization of Genghis Khan in the 13th century, the exchange of humanistic ideas based on Eastern humanism, humanistic outcomes, and Western cultures led to rapid development of humanity and the birth of liberalism.

In other words, the Mongol Empire was the birthplace of commercialism by promoting East-West cultural exchange by spreading humanities such as Islamic culture in the Middle East, Christian culture in Europe, Eastern Yin-Yang ideology, Analects, and Samgyeong, as well as scientific technologies such as gunpowder technology, construction, and compasses necessary for navigation.

In other words, East-West exchange refers to the revitalization of commercialism as Western medieval Europe, based on paternalism, escaped from the stagnant dark period from the 3rd to 13th centuries, and positivism based on empiricism became mainstream, and Christian trust fell to the ground and became uncertain.

As a result of re-examining ancient Greek philosophy to establish a new value system in the future, it can be seen that liberalism was born. Therefore, it can be understood that Eastern civilism influenced the expression of later humanistic natural law ideas in the neo-capitalistic natural law of the Western Middle Ages.

In other words, due to the influence of Eastern civilism, Europe re-examined the relativistic philosophy of ancient Greece based on humanism, followed by a renaissance based on humanism while developing into an empiricist philosophy, allowing humanistic natural law (volume) ideology to materialize.

Therefore, it can be seen that the trend of liberalism, in which the cultural exchange between the East and the West was formed by the fall of Rome, could be embodied as liberalism by natural law. It can be said that this trend of liberalism was the cause of the success of the civil revolution to make modern society prosperous in the future.

In addition, the U.S. Declaration of Independence said that the state was created to guarantee natural rights to freedom, equality, survival, and happiness, and in the French Declaration of Human Rights, the purpose of political association was to declare “natural human rights” as a right to resist if individual rights were suppressed.

However, Bentham’s quantitative utilitarianism to solve the transitional phenomenon of an unstable society after the civil revolution faded the natural rights as the results of the policy for ‘the greatest happiness of the greatest number’ were prioritized. In addition, wheat’s qualitative utilitarianism was based on human dignity, but there was a problem in terms of human dignity in which the material foundation was not guaranteed.

Therefore, it can be understood that humanity has once again realized the importance of natural rights (law) and set the national goal of realizing a post-liberal welfare society to guarantee basic human rights as they experienced unprecedented carnage caused by totalitarian fascism or Nazism, two world wars, imperialism, hegemony, racism, and gender discrimination.

In other words, today’s public law (constitution, administrative law, etc.) is a national public right, and the right to command, compulsory, and personal public rights include the right to suffrage, freedom, the right to live a human life (right to live, right to live), labor, and environmental rights. Under the judicial law (civil law, civil procedure law, etc.), rights are divided into personal rights and ownership, and there are numerous laws depending on the type, subject, and content, but they are also interpreted and developed based on natural law ideas.

In other words, it means that the law and social system, which are the legitimacy of the existence of the state, should be made consistent with the idea of natural law, assuming that human rights as a basic human right precede everything. Therefore, if capitalism creates absolute polarization, the vast majority fall into the poor, leading to a situation where they have to give up their dignity on their own, there is no justification for the existence of a capitalist state.

Therefore, it can be seen that a new system should be established based on a maternal distribution style that guarantees ‘natural rights’ with expanded ‘natural rights’. The modern philosophers N. Bowie and R. Simon write about natural rights as follows.

“If someone has a natural right to an object, ⓐhe deserves it, ⓑthe qualification is morally fundamental, and ⓒthe qualification does not come from his social status, the order of the legal system, or other institutional rules or practices, but only when it is general in the sense discussed above. And the natural right is in some plausible sense mentioned above. Condition ⓐ includes the natural right within the broad category of the right, but other conditions characterize it as a unique and fundamental kind of moral right.” – (124) Simon 78p.

As such, natural rights are rights that are contrary to social and customary ones derived from human-made systems, and whether they are married, children, or statuses, whether they understand natural laws or not, they can understand that they are obligated to cooperate with each other for human dignity.

It is understandable that humanity must create its own soil to live like a human being, just as the mother-in-law’s society believed that the mother-in-law was a descendant of the god-in-law and cooperated in society for sharing. Therefore, it can be seen that a maternal democracy must be established to globalize the maternal distribution style that guarantees ‘natural ownership’, the content of ‘natural human rights’ to balance individuality and sociality.

2.3 A woman who is marginalized by her father’s absolute existence

The previously cited Bologna University downgrading women like sinners is just one of several examples. In addition, just as Muslim countries that worship monotheistic paternalism, such as Western Christianity, discriminate against women, paternal supremacy is common in almost all religions in the world.

In particular, Christianity, which worships the only paternal god as an absolute being, is a representative paternal superior religion that justified gender inequality based on the fact that Hawah, the first woman in mankind made from a piece of a male rib, was expelled from paradise for violating the order of absolute existence and committing divinity.

Of course, the majority of paternal superiority religions are largely analogous in that they set various causes as doctrines that justify women’s subordination to men. However, it is not as extreme as when Hawah betrayed his creator, God, as in the case of Christian paternal superiority religion, saying that humanity cannot escape from harsh life, war, violence, and death in this world.

In other words, Christianity makes it clear that because of women’s original sin, humans lived a one-off life, became unhappy, and that evil was created, making it a vocal world by women. Of course, it is said that today’s human race is symbolic because few people believe in it. However, the problem is that mankind has long been victimized by women as inferior or evil beings, bullied, and emotionally unequal to this day for any reason.

In other words, it means that women have lost numerous opportunities due to alienation and are living an unfavorable life to this day, just as they lived in a prison without bars. Moreover, as long as there is a single father-in-law, a woman is a felon who suffered mankind and is set to face severe punishment without prescription as she is shackled.

In other words, it became reasonable to justify the contradiction of being born as a woman, regardless of her will, by God’s command, that she had to pay for unlimited responsibility. In other words, it means that even though she formed a family, men abused women like sinners or justified family exploitation, and that the anger of the single father toward women had to be subordinated to men, and that they could not control their own bodies.

Therefore, it can be understood that the women who were subject to the passive state of rights were sexual slaves who lived a difficult life in the contradictions that had to be observed, despite their inability to uphold their fidelity, due to the monotheistic superiority of the father-in-law, which was firmly established by absolute existence, and the monotheistic recommendation of growth and prosperity. For example, even in the movie Scarlet Letters we know, we can understand how harsh women’s lives were in medieval Europe.

In other words, the guarantee of male superiority from absolute existence led to a monopoly on everything, including education and training, political power, and property inheritance, and women were an arrogant society that fell into sexual existence. As these powerful messages became globalized, they also affected the ‘culture of inner’ based on the Eastern philosophy of yin and yang, and it can be said that the social status of Asian women has fallen.

Therefore, it is true that there has been some gender discrimination in mankind since the emergence of the paternal society, but it can be assumed that gender discrimination has been extreme since the establishment and spread of the monotheistic religion of the paternal family. This shows the status of women in being able to play the same role as priests (religious leaders) based on the doctrine that established that women cannot be the subject of ecologically welfare and intuition continue to this day as religious human beings since ancient times.

In other words, gender equality has been achieved in the mother-in-law new capitalist society, which was faithful to sharing for salvation, but the emergence of the paternal society has led to inequality as men monopolize politics separated from religion.

This can be understood from the fact that there is no concept of an ancestor god in a monotheistic society without gender discrimination by considering humans with a number of middle gods as descendants of the god, while in a monotheistic religion with clear gender discrimination, humans are only considered as monotheistic and human beings and there is no concept of an ancestor god.

In addition, motherhood, which gave birth to humans as descendants of God, was the subject of religion in the mother-in-law neo-bonist society, which thought to live many lives, whereas in the father-in-law monotheistic religion, the owner is the creator and the mother-in-law, who gives birth to a creature living a one-time life, can be understood as neglecting motherhood as a means like a robot-producing machine.

Of course, women were alienated because in the Book of Genesis, a human being created to be eternal in paradise was expelled from paradise due to the original sin of a woman and was unable to live forever. In other words, it means that women were alienated by the order of the father-in-law, the sole god.

On the other hand, the East, which has a yin-yang theory of ‘cosmic creation’, respected the motherhood that had ‘I’ as humans were transformed into souls, spirits, and flowers and considered them to be cyclically progressive subjects. In other words, the East was a democratic society based on the philosophy of yin and yang, and respected women who recreated people.

In addition, it can be understood from the fact that the existing person is recognized as superior to the mischief or continues the tradition of the maternal priest in the tradition of traditional Korean shamanism that is consistent with the religious spirit of ancient Korea.

On the other hand, the West, which was a paternalistic neo-bonist society based on the theory of creation, did not treat women who gave birth to humans as secondary creatures subordinated to the primary creatures, which were absolute creatures. As a result, it can be seen that the West disregarded women who gave birth to humans, while the East, which worships the ancestral gods, placed importance on women who reinvent humans.

Of course, in Eastern society, “I” is thought to live many lives as an immortal “I,” while “I” in the West is thought to live a one-time life as a creation, so women are neglected.

2.4 Human beings realize that they are the subjects of all things and live a ‘life of relationship’.

As politics separated from religion with the emergence of the paternal society cultivated a philosophical human form and created a paternal superior religion to dominate consciousness, it can be said that ecologically religious humanoid women were also religiously subordinated to the paternal family.

In other words, for their negligence, sexual desire, or greed, they were able to enslave their companion women by the superior paternal religion. As a result of denigrating women by the superior paternal religion and justifying subordination, it can be seen that men were able to exploit and develop themselves rapidly.

In addition, as Europe transformed into a religious empire dominated by a single father, women were alienated by the law of absolutist immutability, and this influence spread to the East based on humanism that everything changes, which can be seen as the cause of Asian women being more troubled than in the past.

Later, in the Middle Ages, humanism outside the Christian philosophy developed along with Martin Luther’s religious reform in 1517, intellectuals and Western women doubted the certainty of absolute Christian culture, began to explore and analyze it with doubts about its absolute existence, and at the same time, witch hunts began in the Middle Ages (14th and 17th centuries).

This can be said to have served as an opportunity to be freed from shackles, even though women were still not treated well in the 17th and 18th centuries. Therefore, it can be seen that through this series of processes, Western philosophy in the 17th century was able to materialize the moral and fundamental non-transferable natural rights contrary to social customs or agreements.

In other words, it is the result of medieval Europe’s attempt to find solutions to human problems from philosophy rather than religion as it went through an era of uncertainty. Of course, as Europe’s political power has shrunk for a long time due to the papal system, liberalism was born under the influence of cultural exchanges through active trade with various parts of the world of objects formed by the development of commerce.

It can be said that John Locke (1633-1704), who embodied liberalism, influenced the Enlightenment by materialistic and sensual epistemology and historical philosophical logic, and led to Thomas Jefferson (1743–1826), who was influenced by Locke’s “civil government theory.”

Of course, traditionally, Britain was able to develop empiricism based on philosophical relativism because of its humanistic tendencies and well-established democratic soil. This can be understood from the fact that Britain was able to initiate scientific development and the industrial revolution.

Therefore, it can be understood that Locke, who grew up in a democratic temperament and climate formed from the unique historical background of the British, insisted on natural rights (law) guaranteed by the state, not Christian natural rights.

Therefore, it can be seen that Locke’s liberal (individualism) idea provided a cornerstone for opening modern society, giving a fresh shock to European society at the time, establishing a firm natural legal root for human rights, and influencing the French Civil Code established through the civil revolution later.

However, in Europe at the time, contempt for women still remained, and women were unable to participate in society for their own benefit, so it was natural to not recognize wage-free housework as labor, but there is a problem in that it is a paternal-biased idea.

Locke argues here that “the world is a warehouse created for human gain. After all, people can own the goods in the warehouse for their own use. This means of possession is labor. Since labor is undoubtedly a worker’s property, it is contradictory that domestic work is not labor because only those who do it have value for the products created by the combination of labor, if at least enough and equally good things remain for others.” —

“… It is clear that people agreed to unequal and unequal possession, as they discovered through tacit and voluntary agreement a way to fairly possess the products of nature beyond the amount available to them by receiving gold and silver for exchange. …” (125) Same book 81p~82p

As such, it can be understood that the lock state passively guarantees natural rights. This is the reason why the state cannot intervene, even if it becomes an unstable society due to the polarization caused by unlimited capital accumulation competition by the principle of unwelfare liberalism (individualism). Therefore, it can be understood that the situation in which the state must guarantee natural rights in order to realize the natural law ideology in which welfareism is embedded and, in principle, it contradicts liberalism that refuses state intervention.

For example, women who were unauthorized (unqualified) at the time were exploited by liberalism that refused state intervention, even though the state needed protection to be guaranteed natural law, as they were socially disadvantaged who suffered double because of alienation by Christian culture and human rights violations by the economy.

In other words, the fact that non-wage housework was not recognized as labor in a Locke country similar to early capitalism can be seen as a contradiction between liberalism (individualism) and natural law. This phenomenon can be seen as a result of the fact that Western women were still alienated from the father-in-law at the time of 17-18C Locke, and their social status was ‘nothing’.

In other words, it was like living in a social prison without bars in society, like a slave at home. Therefore, given that natural law does not guarantee ‘natural wealth ownership’, which is the basis of welfare society, it can be seen as a natural law only for men based on paternalism, as it can be viewed separately from ecologically welfare women.

For example, it can be understood from the fact that it was in the early 20th century that women won the right to vote even after the establishment of a modern society based on natural law. In fact, in a sense, the change in women’s status can be seen after the establishment of a passive welfare state consistent with women’s ecological instincts, and the fundamental change can be said to have been drastically changed since the late 1960s led by American women, starting with the theory of a man is an enemy, which means that men are considered enemies.

In addition, while there was no female supremacy in the new maternal capitalist society, the female supremacy in the paternal society was created relatively due to the extreme male supremacy, and the ruling camp is being extended as a result of feminism (women’s socialism). In other words, the aftermath of damage from past mistakes continues to this day. Therefore, it can be understood that a political and economic system is needed to realize a new maternal distribution style that can be nurtured through compensatory justice.

This is because the deepening of confrontational emotions acts as a cause of creating a dangerous society, just like the ‘South Korean theory’ created by reaction with globalization based on paternal values. In other words, today’s family dissolution is exploding, and social costs are increasing due to widespread depression, terrorism, an increase in felonies, and explosive crimes.

For reference, it may have been possible to achieve gender equality because the society of the new mother-in-law was a clan society, but supremacy itself could not be formed because humans have a unique view of humanity that they are microcosms and are linked to Daewoo-ju, and they think they receive bad luck as a result of their actions.

Therefore, it is desirable for the globalization of parent democracy to realize an active welfare society based on maternal distribution to guarantee natural rights as an active human right.

2.5 The extension of the idea of natural law

In the full text of the Human Rights Declaration, Articles 22, 25, and 26, Natural Rights stipulates the qualifications to realize the right to economic, social and cultural enjoyment for human dignity, and to this end, the state should expand compulsory education while ensuring a sufficient standard of living for individual and family welfare economically.

In addition, it clearly indicates the direction and goal of humanity by stipulating that the people can exercise the right to resist when the state fails to implement these basic human rights. This is the result of social cooperation without forgetting the realization of active welfare society as the ideal of mankind from ancient times to this day.

In any case, starting with Locke’s individual passive rights (liberalism) based on natural human rights, mankind has entered the era of natural law. Since then, Rousseau has placed an important meaning on natural law as an active human right.

In other words, it contributed to the establishment of a modern democratic society, followed by socialism, communism, and the Weimar Constitution, which became the cornerstone of the development of the world into a nation-state, and later became the driving force for the development of a so-called welfare state (modified capitalism), which set welfare as the legitimacy of the existence of the state.

However, due to globalization based on liberalism, neoliberalism is fading the meaning of natural law through infinite competition and welfare reduction. Of course, it is true that neoliberalism has a positive side to establish a serviceable bureaucracy as the private sector has expanded dramatically compared to the early modern society today. The problem is to solidify a dangerous society by expanding the poor formed by absolute polarization.

In addition, neoliberalism allows humans to live as economic animals as it develops into an economic supreme world, and reminds us that mankind has suffered severe trials due to imperialism contrary to the modern spirit of natural law.

Despite the global era, a dangerous society has been clearly formed due to racism, South-North issues, imperialism-created problems, high concentration and technology monopoly due to globalization of capital markets, environmental pollution due to excessive competition, and dichotomous confrontation due to polarization.

For example, it can be understood from the astronomical increase in social expenditures caused by conflicts of interest formed by living humans as ‘economic animals’ or environmental restoration costs to prevent environmental pollution caused by overconsumption.

Despite the rapid increase in tasks that humanity cannot handle in the future, democratic politics have become powerless due to the nature of capitalism without adults, and neoliberalism has been perceived negatively as transnational multinational corporations fail to achieve social integration to solve various problems and miss the time.

For example, it can be understood from the fact that problems in certain regions, which have become narrow like local communities, are expanding to global problems or that problem solving is often not immediately possible due to the interests of each country. In addition, as neoliberalism pursuing global division of labor is forced to depend on each other, problems in certain regions have led to problems in the whole world, creating an unstable world.

This is due to the fact that competitive transnational giants can easily accumulate capital or occupy the global market in a narrowed world, accelerating absolute polarization, and excessive competition caused by infinite competition causes overconsumption, which makes it impossible to control resource depletion and environmental issues. In other words, social integration difficult due to the reduction of national welfare, as neoliberal states must adhere to neoliberal principles that require minimal state intervention.

Therefore, if humanity wants to be able to grow continuously in today’s interdependence, globalization should be achieved not as a dichotomous relationship based on paternal values, but as a “mother democracy” that solidifies parliamentary democracy for co-prosperity, such as a mother-in-law new capitalist society that emphasized harmonious life through three-dimensional thinking.

Today, humanity has an international organization called the UN for the era of the global community, and as a rookie, individuals are forming rights and obligations for world peace, and as netizens and NGOs, they are making efforts to stabilize and develop the world while gaining the virtues of global citizens.

This is because today’s world has become a dangerous society at the end of life, such as hostility caused by cultural conflicts, terrorism, ecosystem destruction, and degradation of humanity, as the world has become temporally and spatially narrow due to advanced science and technology, and its identity, traditional culture, customs, and practices as traditional values of each region remain.

Of course, the root of the numerous problems facing humanity today can be seen as the result of the development of the one-way fatherhood. As a non-governmental organization led by women, the Green Life Movement International NGO is international for post-capitalism and can be recognized by the fact that it is laying the groundwork for a new world like the ‘end of fatherhood’ through network associations.

Therefore, it can be seen that new people in the global era can live a sustainable life only when they live in a world that is in balance with their father by guaranteeing women’s active rights. This refers to a system that guarantees women half of their power, just as a shared system was established by ceding some of their rights for a stable life in mother-in-law society.

This is because humans can annihilate themselves if they apply the logic of survival of the fittest to their civilized colleagues today and justify an unlimited number of the weak. This can be seen from the historical experience of facing a crisis due to changes in the survival environment caused by natural disasters, when neoliberalism, which seeks to be faithful to capitalist attributes, forms extreme polarization and leads to a situation of desperation that most people are increasingly bogged down, such as laissez-faire, which focuses on human individuality.

Therefore, it is an active right to expand natural law, and as the content of ‘natural rights’, it can be seen that it is time for a new system to be established for a maternal distribution style that guarantees ‘natural ownership’ for wise humans. The problem is that even though humanity is civilized today, there is no time to be negligent and unable to create a new world, and to settle down in the past and leave the risk of annihilation unattended.

In contrast to the era of national capitalism, it can be seen that the new class must overcome the crisis with motherhoodism, which can realize an active welfare society that guarantees the right to expand natural rights appropriate to the advanced global village era. Therefore, it can be seen that in order to realize an active welfare world, it is necessary to form a coalition to justify the ‘natural rights’ that expanded natural rights as an active right. Please bear with the economy.

3. Matriarchal values suitable for newcomers

3.1 Maternalism based on motherhood

Regardless of the East and the West, Karl Marx (1818-1883) admits that most of the prehistoric times over tens of thousands of years were maternal societies, and argues that maternal societies were primitive communist societies. In other words, it may be because the maternal period as a non-blooded society was a society with a small population as women had sexual rights, and a relatively abundant natural environment.

Of course, it is understandable considering the fact that they traveled freely as a nature-friendly, peaceful world, and that the mother-in-law shared cultural exchanges and risks in solidarity, and that the mother-in-law played a role at the center of distribution for a long time. This shows that women were able to recreate people in the Paegosa Society and that the ability of the ecologically welfare mother-in-law was superior in all aspects to the father-in-law.

This can be seen as the reason why the maternal society has been mainstream for tens of thousands of years since birth. Therefore, it can be seen that the maternal society is appropriate because humans are inherently religious and cultural beings. This is because humans who suddenly appeared on Earth millions of years ago are creative beings with spiritual sensitivity and reason, unlike animals that were already on Earth.

For example, it can be understood from the fact that “the ancient people know their mothers, but they don’t know their fathers,” in the Lüshi Chunqiu, an encyclopedia compiled by Yeobulwi in the 3rd century BC, which is often cited for the matriarchal society.

This shows that motherhood was recognized as a superior being at the center of the life cycle, based on the obvious fact that humans reinvent by motherhood. Additionally, archaeologists reported that in the ruins of Yangsao culture, the burial mound tomb was centered on motherhood, had more burial items than the tomb of a man, and there was no burial mound tomb for a couple, while numerous excavations of Neolithic sites were proven.

This will be an example of how the maternal status was generally slightly higher than that of men, as it means that in the maternal society, the maternal priest was a sacred being and had a considerable position to serve humans by receiving heaven (the will of heaven, the will of the people).

In addition, among China’s minorities described above, there is a matriarchal society, and today in the United States, the Navaho of the American Indians are an Indian tribe of about 150,000 people, spanning Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah, and there are about 60 matriarchal groups with in-laws as the matriarchal society of the nuclear family, according to the encyclopedia.

Therefore, it can be seen that the fact that the maternal society of time has continued to this day is consistent with human democracy and was peaceful, along with other religious experiences and confidence in the maternal tradition, from the superior religion of the paternal family. Despite representing today’s Third Industrial Revolution, the era of advanced science and technology based on the knowledge and information industry, the fact that the maternal spiritual culture is still timeless and continues to be traditional is the basis for understanding the maternal society as an insight.

From ancient times to mid-term maternal societies, it can be seen that the maternal society was dominant in the East and West, and that there was a spiritual culture that understood the inner world as a society with developed intuition, and that the paternal society in the East and West developed differently in the late maternal society when the paternal society began to solidify.

Of course, the practice of matriarchy is well preserved in the East for both geopolitical and religious reasons. For example, the primitive yin-yang idea derived from the “soul immortality” of the mother-in-law neo-bonist society, which believed that the cycle of life in the East was for the progress of the soul, can be understood from the fact that about 7,000 years ago, the Bokhee clan of the Dongyi people, the origin of the Korean people.

In other words, it means that the mother-in-law’s new capitalist society understood and believed in soul immortality through the cycle of nature, and inferred and expanded the principle of cosmic creation in the process of reinventing motherhood. In other words, it means that the theory of yin and yang as humanism was expressed in the value of the mother.

However, with the solidification of the paternal society, it can be said that the matriarchist theory of yin and yang developed into a paternalistic theory by ancient China, and the collapse of Gojoseon, which followed the primitive theory of yin and yang in the society of the maternal new capitalism, brought the end of matriarchism to an end and caused it to be latent as a non-mainstream. This was argued, but please refer to the religion section for more information.

Of course, even if the world’s paternal values have been solidified as the mainstream, maternalism based on maternal love cannot be extinguished. This is because motherhood has been recreating women, the source of maternal values, and men, the source of paternal values, since time immemorial.

3.2 A matriarchal society that was non-breeding

It can be said to be a humanistic society in that the society of the new mother-in-law thought that humans worshiped the ancestral god as descendants of the god, and that ‘I’, the ancestor’s alter ego, lived in a world created by themselves as the subject of Samra Mansang. This can be presumed to have been a practice of the mother-in-law in that Lao-tzu, Confucius, and Mencius were based on humanism in ancient China.

Of course, it can be said that it was transformed into a paternalistic system in that it united ancient China, where the humanities achievements of adults were scattered, and established a centralized state. However, it can be seen that ancient China, like the Roman Empire, was a centralized state, but its matriarchal value was inherent in that it achieved a unified state through decentralized and possible moderation in terms of content and respect for local traditional culture.

In other words, because it was a humanistic society based on the “human with a lot of love” that respects the sky, which means heaven and earth, and loves people, it is possible to integrate into one country, not an empire.

In other words, as the protagonist of the nature of heaven and earth, which was created in harmony with the purpose of the God of Heaven and Earth, the moral value created by human conscience is the same as the will of heaven, so it was possible to unify a country because it was a society that thought that it was man’s duty to keep it hard.

Of course, ancient China could have achieved a great power because the East was a humanistic (relativistic) society that saw people as a result of a series of cyclical progress, not as creatures, and a virtuous society that tended to value causes and processes over results. This attitude of life is the basis for understanding that the customs of the mother-in-law society, which embodied the demonstration of the so-called “Hae-ho-bok-bon” recommended to human descendants, remain.

Of course, it can be seen as a custom of the new mother-in-law society that lives the life of the “autosatisfaction” who consider themselves to be the alteration and supplementation of the past and the present, which determines the future, and can be divided into few and satisfied.

Additionally, it can be said that the belief that the spirit immortality thought that the mother-in-law Shin Bon-ju’s society immortalized as a descendant of God would lead to endless circulation, progress, and reinvention on its own, and that through the practice of learning and practicing the teachings of God, God could be transformed into Taoism’s concept of Taoism in the future. In other words, it can be seen as a result of the practice of the non-genetic mother-in-law, who believed that life circulated and advanced through motherhood.

Of course, the East thought of filial piety as the basis of atrocities, an expression of gratitude for birth and rearing, and considered it a faithful expression of gratitude for a society that makes it human, so children served their parents and parents paid tribute to their ancestors.

For example, in the case of Confucianism and Buddhist Buddhism, the fact that teachers and parents served teachers in the East based on the idea of a master equal to each other, and continued their career by making rituals after death, as well as in the case of Confucianism and Buddha.

3.3 An Asian woman seen by Ms. Pearl Buck

In order to understand the previous content, if a woman who is half human is suffering, mankind is suffering,” said Pearl Buck (1892-1973), the author of “The Earth.”

“At that time, Chinese women were trapped in a framework in which life could not be saved. A woman’s place was in the home. This saying is true anywhere in the world, but the Chinese woman who endured it has achieved something in the home that is never found in other countries. In China, the family, like the United States, was isolated from a man’s life, and it was different from returning only for men to eat and sleep. The true life of China was carried out in the home.

Even men became an indispensable element of a family dominated by Chinese women. This is because under the roof that united the composition of the whole society, it was done in the complex and tense life of a large family living together for three or four generations. Chinese women were acting as managers to oversee large family organizations, including even the elderly and young, so they did not have to be ambitious about work outside the home, as is commonly said.

It was all the duties of a woman in the household, including the ancestral rites, graves, religious ceremonies at birth, marriage, or death, and the control to enforce civil law, the education of her children, the way of professional skills and business for boys, teaching girls the manners of becoming priests, consoling and nursing the elderly, and caring for poor relatives, as well as the criminal was also tried by a clan. …It was a self-belief that a Chinese woman knew her values and kept them calmly in her heart.

You’ll notice if you see a Chinese woman everywhere in the world, but she is a human being with personality, calm, has no inferiority complex in her existence or actions, and her quietly shining eyes reflect a gentle soul that does not stir. She knows the value of being immovable as a woman. She doesn’t worry about being a woman compared to a man. After acknowledging the difference as a woman, she knows she is equal to a man.” (126) – Perlbuck, Playing Kim Jin-wook, The Theory of Life for Young Women, Bum-wusa, 1987, 20p-22p

In his book titled “The People in My Country” (1935) by Chinese sage Lin Eodang (1895-1976), he said, “The essence of a woman’s foreknowledge is the essence of the Chinese spirit.” In other words, matriarchal values are established as a culture in her daily life.

In other words, the East, which is based on the relativistic yin-yang philosophy, is a society that values harmony, so it has never been set as inferior by monotheism like Western women, and although it is a patriarchal state in form, it is a rational society that respects and balances motherhood with the central power of the family in terms of content.

This can be understood from the fact that in the Eastern philosophy of yin and yang, loyalty is emphasized as a third energy such as motherhood, which alleviates and harmoniously changes the conflict caused by confrontation due to different properties of yin and yang. In other words, Chung-gi is a property that complements each deficiency of yin and yang and means both part and the whole as a mutually beneficial energy (love).

This can be understood in the new capitalist society of the mother kingdom, where men and women as subjects respect differences and make sharing a living so that they can complement and harmonize with each other. Therefore, it can be seen that the oriental value of moderation, which considers concessions and compromises in search of a universal compromise between humans, is humane. This can be seen as the reason why Eastern women, unlike Western women in the Middle Ages, somewhat balanced between men and women.

Of course, women were discriminated against since Western values were mixed with Eastern values. This may be because it was passed on to the East that men and women were alienated from each other by seeing them as confrontational relations due to Western dichotomous thinking without a third Chung-gi. In other words, Western Christian culture means that it has become common for women who are made of one male rib to be denigrated as beings by nature.

For example, in the story of the woodcutter and the fairy in the folktales of the Orient, the woodcutter who saved the deer chased by the hunter taught the woodcutter that if he stole a fairy’s clothes and hid them until he gave birth to three children with Boeun, the story of having two children and returning them to heaven cannot be interpreted as a Christian-based culture.

This would probably have been burned as a witch or blasphemy in medieval Europe if it had spread the fairy tale (Taoist fairy), which means God. Of course, in the case of traditional Korea, considering the fact that they were afraid of maiden ghosts since the middle of the Joseon Dynasty, which was influenced by Western civilization, it is understandable that women’s lives were disadvantageous and difficult in the reality of patriarchy.

3.4 The maternal values that produce good fortune

Humans who developed on the basis of the civilization achieved by the maternal society were able to emerge a paternal society, and the paternal society was later divided into an Eastern paternal society and a Western paternal society, but as the West developed into a strong paternal society based on the absolute existence of the paternal family, women were alienated and lived a life of pain. It will be meaningful to find out why.

In other words, it is said that as a mid-term maternal society that succeeded the maternal society in time, the maternal neo-mainstream society formed the mainstream of the world over a wide range of East and West and became like a world. However, as previously argued, the goddess religion of the Middle East rapidly disappeared as the Jewish people, a tributary of the Western Isles people who settled in the West (Middle East) as an East person who worshipped the maternal monotheism, created an absolute and exclusive paternal monotheistic religion.

Following this, it can be said that the unitary religion of the father family spread to the Middle East and the periphery, forming two mountain ranges with the West as father-in-law neo-capitalism and the East as democratic capitalism. To be specific, mankind, which has settled since the mid-term maternal society began farming, has entered a new era.

Following the development of agricultural technology in the late maternal era, when matriarch and paternal coexisted, the four major civilizations of mankind, Egypt, Mesopotamia, India’s Ganges, and China’s sulfur civilization, which led to the emergence of a paternal society as it became possible to stockpile surplus production along with population growth.

For reference, in the August 30, 2010 issue of Yonhap News, Professor Wu Silha, a Yoha civilization researcher, said, “The Yoha civilization (Chinese name; Liaohohe, northeastern China, and the birthplace of Gojoseon) is 2,500 years ahead of the Yellow River civilization, and the fact that the Neolithic culture (紅 Mountain culture, part of the Yoha civilization, was found to have existed in the Yoha area of Liaoning Province in 1980) was discovered by relics, and it was found that the early state form was already in place between 3,500 and 3,000 B.C. (late Hongsan culture) can understand the society of the mother kingdom.”

Since then, the Jewish people have established a paternalistic new capitalism, which worshipped the single god of the fatherhood based on nomadic culture in the desert region of the Middle East, which is on the periphery of Mesopotamia. It is recorded that the maternal religion (Goddess religion), which was scattered in the Middle East under the order of Jehovah, the only paternal god as an absolute being, was considered a devil (satan) and flourished rapidly because the religious foundation could be expanded by killing or enslaving and justifying the exploitation of enormous property.

In other words, the ultimate goal of human life was to force and convert to the maternal superior religion created by the descendant woman, or to believe in the ancestral god, or to believe in the monotheistic god of any religion, considering it as a satan (devil), as Hawah, the first woman in mankind, a creation made by the father, a creature made by the father, was the first to commit sacrosanct.

Therefore, as a result of their mission to practice the doctrine made by the revelation of absolute existence, it can be seen that women were enslaved by the weak-minded logic of growth and prosperity in the traditional values and customs of the mother-in-law society, and peaceful goddess religion could be easily destroyed.

In other words, women who have phenomenal life-reinventing experiences are ecologically welfare, so they can be respected and displayed their abilities in the matriarchal society, but they were barbaric, neglected life, or helpless in the face of totalitarian and organized violence.

For example, the witch-hunting era (14th and 17th centuries) followed by the end of the Middle Dark Ages (3rd and 13th centuries) in the West can be understood from the fact that extraordinary women with advanced intuition and inspiration could not organize themselves even though hundreds of thousands of people were executed along with the burning of witches or other cruel torture, and they gained the right to vote 100 years after the establishment of modern society.

As a result, it can be seen that men and women were equal while they were at peace in the maternal-sharing society, but as a totalitarian society, they were unequal in the paternal-private society. For instance, Christianity, which emerged in the paternal society, can be understood from the fact that it justified being subordinated to the paternal line as if they had sinned and enslaved to women who inherited the female Hawa symbol, which was recreated with a piece of male rib, a creative creature.

In other words, as a creature, humans despised women who deceived absolute existence by making it the highest virtue to protect the honor and will of the single god of the father’s kingdom. Of course, women were alienated from the stage of enacting the law, and due to ideas or institutions made by the father’s unilateral decision, even if women were driven to death as witches, they fell into a pitiful situation with no place to protest and stopped growing.

Therefore, it can be seen that the first victim was a woman who gave birth to a human being, a creature of absolute existence. However, in the case of the East, as people were considered the subject of Samra-Manchang and the people were considered heaven, the central power of motherhood was respected in the democratic principle respected from below.

In other words, as the protagonist of the harmony of heaven, earth, and everything, people were a society with heavy responsibilities as they lived an autonomous life. In other words, it was a society that encouraged the life of a ‘taking care of others after cleaning up one’s body and mind’ suitable for each situation and modernity for a happy life, as it was a humanistic society dominated by personality rather than God’s command. Therefore, it can be understood that the East has lived a humble life that is said to be present as a result of social cooperation as a serious society that recognizes the limitations of human reason without exaggeration.

3.5 Western-Influenced Asian Women

It can be said that the strong will to globalize the will of absolute existence pursued by Western Christianity had a tremendous impact on humanity and later the East. In other words, men and women were relatively balanced in the East based on the philosophy of yin and yang, but the tension formed by the ecological strengthening of paternalism as a result of the strong, exclusive paternalistic monotheistic religion led to numerous wars and the decline in the status of Eastern women as they became an unstable society.

For example, the Western Christian Empire came to an end with the globalization of Genghis Khan in Mongolia in the early 13th century, which respected the matriarch, and the fact that the status of women began to shrink as the East interacted with Western culture.

In addition, while Genghis Khan’s globalization allowed religious freedom and respected other religions, cultural exchanges between the East and the West became an opportunity to think new to each other, and in the West, empiricalism based on philosophical relativism developed, leading to the development of science and technology.

Since then, the industrial revolution in England, which was created as a result of the development of commercialism, has required a new lifestyle, and the civil revolution that was triggered has served as an opportunity to establish modern society, a great legacy of mankind. Of course, it can be said that these results were possible because Britain was the first country to create modern democracy based on British characteristics.

This can be understood from the long history of struggle to realize democracy, as well as the fact that Locke and other empiricist philosophers were the mainstream as relativistic philosophers, and the Magna Carta (Great Charter), which can be seen as the beginning of the modern constitution in 1215. In other words, democracy could be developed from the democratic temperament of the British people.

Of course, it can be seen that the scientific and positivist attitude is very similar to Eastern civilism as relativism unlike the Western Continent, which was dominated by philosophical absolutism. For example, it can be understood from historical facts that there were many unique elements in religion that fit their climate, and there were many conflicts with the Pope. There will once again be arguments on the side of religion for this reason.

In any case, changes in the production style caused by the Industrial Revolution enabled women to participate in society, and the capitalist economic system was established as modern society was established through the Civil Revolution, but women were still at a disadvantage as they assumed free competition that did not take into account femininity, which is a qualitative aspect as a formal equal relationship.

This can be seen as the result of a long-standing extreme disregard for women in Western society based on Christian values. However, the status of women has improved since Marx criticized the antinomic contradiction of the superior religion of the paternal family by saying that ‘religion is opium’. Therefore, it can be seen that the reason why Western women have been alienated for a long time was the monotheistic religion of the paternal family.

Therefore, considering that most countries under Genghis Khan’s rule, who sought to globalize the Eastern civilism expressed in maternal values, became socialist or communist countries and the ruling camp was expanded, it is understandable that the issue of gender discrimination stems from cultural reasons. In particular, it can be seen that the distribution style is the cause of the maternal neo-capitalist society, when we recall that it was equal in a society that guaranteed a material basis through a shared system.

3.6 A democracy based on maternal values

Finally, scientific certainty based on humanism was required as the absolute existence of Christianity, the basis of Western culture, became uncertain, and even though a modern democratic society based on the certainty of an existing individual was established, it can be understood that the sharp conflict of interests caused by the existing absolutist climate led to imperialism.

In other words, despite its transformation into a modern democratic society, it has been an absolute feudal society based on paternal neo-capitalism for a long time, so it can be seen as a phenomenon (the absence of value) formed by the value conflict caused by it. In addition, imperialism was created because the West, as a strong paternal society, was an extreme one, as evidenced by the fact that it alienated ecologically welfare women and justified exploitation.

For example, the West, which believes humans as creatures of absolute existence, does not have the concept of an ancestor god, and not only recognizes childbirth as punishment for original sin, but also ignores women’s centrist tendency to avoid extreme things, or can be understood from the fact that extreme discrimination of alienating ecologically welfare women was natural.

In addition, the exclusivity of the paternal monotheistic body created a polarization of power, which led to the expulsion of the corrupt old era, but it is understandable that capitalism is causing wealth polarization by justifying infinite possession. In other words, as capitalism expressed in Western values justifies unlimited ownership, it fosters human selfishness to the extreme and causes polarization.

Therefore, it can be seen that the East, which values co-prosperity, is contrary to capitalism by emphasizing co-prosperity, such as harmony with Mother Nature, harmony between mind and matter, harmony between men and women, harmony between education and nature.

As a result, it is reasonable to develop history as a mother-minism that values “relationship life” when it comes to a win-win life that complements incomplete human life with humility and concessions that are self-recognized, although it may be blurry as the oriental middle-of-the-road ideology that values harmony is not extreme and non-confrontational.

In any case, despite having a high material civilization, the majority of men’s lives are difficult due to excessive competition, women’s lives are the same, and as both genders are commercialized, it has transformed into an era in which it is difficult to fulfill people’s duties as a virtue to have as a human being. In addition, modern people may feel happy for a moment due to the selfishness of civilization, but most of them live difficultly.

In other words, it has become a society where everyone thinks that they are the only ones who suffer the most in the world when they see scenes that they admire and envy through the media, as the saying goes. In particular, it can be seen that democracy, the ideal of humanity, has been in crisis for a long time, especially when we recall that today’s absolute polarization caused by neoliberalism is turning the natural rights of the socially weak and most women with weak material foundations into a pie in the sky.

Therefore, it can be seen that a mother-democratic society should be established as a complete democracy for the realization of an active welfare society based on a new maternal distribution style in line with today’s astronomical economy. In other words, it refers to a society in which the mother-in-law is the main body of life politics while the father-in-law and the mother-in-law are balanced on one axis by going beyond the centrist pragmatism where socialism and capitalism are mixed today.

Therefore, it can be seen that the women’s movement in the global era should play a leading role in revitalizing the welfare community along with the green life movement for sustainable life rather than following the Western dichotomous way of thinking and paternalism.

4. The withdrawal of paternal supremacy

In general, when fighting a war, there is no concept of freedom, equality, or philanthropy (tolerance) against the enemy. In addition, in the case of winners, just like cooking meat on a cutting board in a superior position, they can rationalize exploitation or exploitation with war compensation or other reasons as they wish.

Of course, there are international laws that stipulate the treatment of prisoners of war and treatment of wounded soldiers, and there are benefits from human compassion, but it is a historical fact that there has never been a deviation from the principles that meet the purpose of governance.

Additionally, history is described and interpreted as the winner’s convenience, as the winner goes through the process of incompetence to maintain a permanently subordinated state. In other words, the winner creates a status system as a process of consolidating for permanent control, and even in the era of peace without war, the loser remains the loser and is mobilized for war or forced as a means of production for exploitation.

As the state of not being able to die due to the inheritance of poverty continues for a long time, spirituality is sometimes opened to adapt to reality, or most of the losers are depression due to fear or anti-social tendencies that cause criminals to develop.

In addition, in the case of developing into an antisocial personality, like the adage that an loach clouds a well, the widespread distrust between humans became widespread despite the fact that the majority of people were good as the scope of the damage was wide.

The problem is that anti-social people commit crimes due to irresponsibility and hatred toward their families or society, and the consequence of conflict is that welfare costs for social integration are reduced due to the explosive increase in social costs along with skepticism about humans.

For example, the need to increase the number of people in charge of security or continue to hire bureaucrats or professionals leads to increased tax burdens, but the decrease in government investment for the welfare or revival of the poor leads to consumption contraction, putting the whole in trouble.

Therefore, it can be seen that the winner-take-all culture, which rationalizes and justifies polarization in any form, is the cause of the formation of exclusive human relationships and, as a result, an unstable society. In addition, the politics of paternity bias and the majority rule of democracy, the winner-take-all culture that seeks to permanently absolute victory derived from the paternal society based on masculinity, are still present today.

On the other hand, a winner-takes-all culture could not be formed because the maternal society had a small population and was a society based on femininity, and the clan had to cooperate with each other to escape natural disasters or threats from predators. Therefore, it can be understood that the winner-takes-all culture formed with the emergence of the paternal society caused exclusive human relations to cause war, which led to the decline of women who gave birth to humans into sexual beings.

4.1 The paternal values that cause absolute polarization

Humans are great not because of the power of gorillas or the sharpness of predators, but because they have the ability to make and use tools and to create a happy life as a cultural being that controls and develops into a self-created tangible and intangible culture.

For example, it can be understood from the fact that the society of the mother-in-law, who believed in the mother-in-law (Mago), thought that humans were descendants of God and had the ability to create the world on their own. In other words, in the society of the mother-in-law, which was established on the basis of maternal love, as the descendants of God, humans were thought to have excellent brains and reason to create and realize a good world on their own.

However, as the winner-take-all culture, a characteristic of the paternal society, went through the process of solidifying, most people came to think of it as just intelligent animals rather than descended from an immortal god. As a result, it can be seen that the winner-take-all culture developed all kinds of inhumane and mean tactics to win, and as it justified and justified it, the vocal theory was affirmed.

Therefore, it can be understood that women’s status was high in the maternal society, which is based on the the theory that human nature is fundamentally good that affirms humans as descendants of God, while the status of women who give birth to humans has declined since the emergence of the paternal society, where vocal theory is the mainstream.

In other words, men and women were relatively well-balanced in the maternal society as an archetypal society from time immemorial, but as it became a paternal society, men became the subject and women became objects. This is because the women’s network organization, which was formed for welfare, collapsed and weakened as a vocal society due to a conflict caused by the union of tribes.

Therefore, it can be seen that the maternal value has been reduced to non-mainstream due to frequent conflicts and disputes caused by the emergence of the paternal society due to changes in the global environment, population growth, and surplus production. Since then, as the paternal society became solidified, discrimination was rationalized by unilaterally criticizing women with all kinds of vocal human views such as inferiority, craftiness, double personality, and small-personality.

In this way, it can be seen that from the solidification of the father-in-law society, as a winner, women were denigrated by the father-in-law’s own justice, deprived of their rights, and condemned them like prisoners of war without giving them an opportunity to make excuses. It can be said that it was an antinomic barbaric society that considered motherhood a weakness, even though it experienced the value of motherhood and came to know God by experiencing the value of motherhood, and even though it opened up the basic framework and ability to live and create people in the arms.

In other words, they were forced to consider the birth of a woman as a punishment and to think of it as fate. Therefore, it can be seen that it is wrong to criticize women who lived with their breath to survive social pressure arising from the paternal environment as the same class as children. This can be seen from the fact that women fill the majority of believers in the superior paternal religion, which is the archetype of human beings.

In other words, it overlooks the fact that women are more humane than men in that they are rich in human religious spirit. For example, it can be understood from the fact that the female priest, who has led religion since birth, made up the majority of believers, even though he transformed into a male priest and downgraded women to inferior beings after the solidification of the paternal society.

In other words, women’s religious orientation has remained the same as the truth from ancient times, despite the fact that the patriarchal superior religion, which was derived from the maternal archetype religion that believed to live many lives through immortality, has been transformed as a political means to live a one-off life.

In other words, the paternal superiority religion, which has been transformed secondary to the maternal archetype religion that is consistent with the inherent human religious spirit, was established as the paternal society became solidified and was satisfied as a believer despite downgrading or alienating women.

Therefore, despite knowing that women’s ecological characteristics such as religious, welfare, peace, decentralization, consideration, and sensitivity are the best virtues that define human excellence as human femininity, it can be assumed that women have limited political participation to incompetent people due to concerns that it could lead to defeat.

Even though the paternal society knew that motherhood was the central force of mankind, it can be understood that the people who lived in the paternal society lived very difficult lives considering the alienation of women from politics. This can be understood from the fact that men and women were equal because the maternal society with advanced intuition was an open society that respected diversity as well as a simple life.

In other words, it is understandable by comparing it with the fact that they lived a peaceful and prosperous life because they did not accumulate values or justifications for discrimination, and that they lived in poverty due to class struggles as the paternal society became solidified and closed.

For example, in the monotheistic religion of the father system, women were set up like enemies of mankind and took everything away, and in the East, the primitive yin-yang theory of the mother system, which began with yin and yang based on yin, distorted the horizontality of yin and yang with different properties, starting with yin and yang, and interpreting the value of yang as if it were superior, can be understood from the fact that patriarchy was justified.

This may be due to the fact that they believed that ignoring motherhood as a central force of human beings had a lot of benefits. However, today’s new generation has a new perspective on women who have achieved the beginning of civilization as they vaguely learned that the maternal society with advanced intuition has achieved a civilization with a high happiness index in the high-tech era.

Additionally, it is now possible to think positively about the belief of the mother-in-law’s society, which considers humans as descendants of God, as we have recently learned that Mother Nature, which provides infinite supply, is sophisticated, and humans who understand it, is also a masterpiece. Therefore, today’s humanity can understand that the creation of the universe, the creation of the Earth, and the emergence of life are not accidental, but have a special purpose, when we consider the belief of the “harmonious” of the mother-in-law’s society.

Therefore, today, when we have come to understand the huge and sophisticated universe in earnest, we can understand that a new maternal distribution style aimed at ‘life of existence’ and ‘life of relationship’ suitable for exploring the inner side of microcosm humans and solving the question of circulation and progress should be generalized.

In other words, rather than being divided by recognizing women as subordinates of the food chain like the father-in-law society of the past, life politics, in which women as male partners are in charge of welfare that connects human solidarity, should become more common. In other words, it is an era in which we must strengthen social cooperation as we share the results of civilization that humanity has achieved over tens of thousands of years with numerous stories in the era of the global community, and there are many tasks to cooperate jointly, such as the development of science and technology and the development of space.

Furthermore, in the era of information technology, the third industrial revolution, the new class cannot live in an absolutely polarized 99:1 society formed by the ease of accumulation of large capital due to global capitalism that justified infinite accumulation. In other words, the existing paternalistic distribution style must end as the danger has been proven by the absolute polarization of 1 to 99, and the parent democracy system for depolarization must be globalized.

In other words, just as the old era established modern society through the civil revolution to overcome the evils caused by monopolizing everything, it is necessary to develop history from a paternal distribution style that allows unlimited ownership to a new maternal distribution style for ‘life of relationships’.

Of course, like great people in the past who lived “the life of existence,” the more civilized and advanced humanity is, the more likely it is to focus on “improving the quality of life” and will not be able to resist the huge trend of demands of the times to be averaged.

4.2 Universalization of maternal distribution patterns

As the Bible stipulates that the Western absolute feudal society, dominated by the single father as an absolute being, was expelled from paradise where people could live rich and eternal life due to the original sin of Hawah, the first woman, and lived a painful life, the alienation of women was justified.

This can be understood from the fact that women’s right to abandon the aristocracy existed until the 17th and 18th centuries, even though natural law based on humanism emerged as gender inequality formed in the soil of Christian culture was solidified.

In addition, the ruling party’s declaration for women’s liberation during the civil revolution was nominal even after the establishment of modern society, and it is possible to understand the status of women in the early 20th century, 100 years later, and in the fact that a passive welfare state consistent with women was created after World War II.

Of course, the dangerous society formed by unwelfare neoliberalism today is a stumbling block to the growth of women’s rights. In other words, a crisis for women began today as neoliberalism triggered an exploding conflict caused by global absolute polarization and a dangerous society was formed.

In other words, even after the establishment of modern society, imperialism emerged in the West, overshadowing human dignity, and today’s globalization of neoliberal principles based on welfare reduction is fatal to welfare women. This is due to the fact that women suffer double trouble as the demand for welfare increases due to polarization as capitalism develops. Therefore, it can be seen that a system that does not aim for welfare ignores women.

As a result, it is clear that the capitalist system based on paternal values is regressing to a dangerous society due to polarization issues in both environmental and environmental aspects. In other words, it is time for ecologically democratic and welfare-oriented women to play a leading role in the happy life of newcomers living in the global era as there is a justification for historical development from a passive welfare state to an active welfare state that is the ideal of humanity.

In other words, the era of global village must live as a new maternal distribution that fundamentally reduces the conflict caused by the explosion of conflict. Of course, in order to overcome the dangers posed by neoliberalism, ‘neoservatism’ is recommended as traditional assumptions like women in the past, but it can be seen as unrealistic.

This is because the global village era, which is the previous stage of the space age, is the end of the father-in-law one-way, and a political and economic system that respects the different properties of the father-in-law and mother-in-law as one axis of each should be globalized to establish a new distribution style that balances and balances.

In addition, it was discovered that humans today have 107 elements that make up matter, and given the human ability to artificially combine and utilize them and create numerous results, it is because of the conviction that they can develop as much as human imagination.

Looking at the great results achieved through human social cooperation, it can be seen that the idea of people must fundamentally change as it can be seen that there are endless elements from within humans.

In other words, high-tech science and technology should globalize a system that can implement a maternal distribution style for “life of relationships” as a newcomer in that it can affirm that it is a descendant of an immortal god believed in the maternal society.

Of course, it is a reference that the mother-in-law society made moderation and sharing a daily life in order to achieve the “contradiction of the sea” while exploring the inner world, which is the basis of human endless possibilities. This is because the mother-in-law new capitalist society believed itself to be the subject of reinventing life, but it is in line with the creation of the high-tech science era by humans themselves today.

In other words, it is true that the maternal society with developed intuition believed that humans were born as humans because they were good beings and circulated to advance with give alms, but today’s advanced scientific civilization is the same in that it seeks to develop into a good intention for humans as a subject, but it is all based on humanism.

For reference, it was believed that the mother-in-law society thought the human body was a vessel of the soul, and that the human soul made its own body. In other words, it was thought that if the soul had to leave the body due to various circumstances while living with a suitable body to live on Earth, it was connected to a new body on a star other than the Earth or Earth as a result of life.

This can be understood in the ‘Hae-Hae-bokbon’ case, which recommended that the mother-in-law’s society return to its home state, that the soul, the source of the existence of ‘I’ as a descendant of God, is immortal and there is no time and space, so the soul was not limited to the earth, and that whatever dimension was always present, no matter what star stayed or joined to life.

Therefore, it will be a reference to overcome today’s crisis if we recall that the society of the new mother-in-law worshiped the single mother-in-law as an ancestral god and made sharing for the “harmful welfare” that prioritizes humans in the cultivated present, just like a community of practice.

This is because today’s society has become dangerous due to the deepening of paternalism. In other words, the style of capitalist distribution, which places more excessive competition and heavy burden on humans living a short life, is not suitable for the new generation. In other words, as democracy based on maternal values is the ideal of mankind, history must develop into a maternal distribution style.

Therefore, it can be understood that it is anachronistic to justify polarization and globalize it into neoliberalism based on welfare reduction, as the global village era is an era equipped with the ability to grow slowly for a qualitative life. Therefore, it can be seen that capitalism based on a paternal distribution style is inappropriate in the global village era.

4.3 The paternal values that created a dangerous society

Although the law of the Christian Old Testament, a single paternalistic religion, is typical of paternalism and has political and regional characteristics, the New Testament is very similar to the maternal archetype religion that believed in the practice of love and sharing, which is a maternal value, but it can be understood that women were marginalized and treated harshly due to the solidification of paternalism, and that it was very difficult to practice.

This is due to the fact that religion became a means of politics in a paternal society, despite the fact that religion was reduced to a means of politics in a paternal society and the ultimate purpose of life as a religious society was simple. For example, it can be understood from the fact that religion was the cause of war as a means of justifying exploitation through discrimination in a paternal society based on the status system.

In other words, it creates a logic of discrimination by wrapping it with God’s will, and if it does not convert, it is an uncivilized person who believes in superstitions, or women must be dominated because they are incompetent. In other words, it means that it is contrary to the ‘didactic morality’ which recommends living a good life by considering it an evil to commit inhumane acts or urge them to do contrary to human conscience.

This is because the paternal society tends to stick to the paternal lineage as it considers life one-time. It can be seen that if the struggle is won, it is due to a tendency to maintain vested interests by justifying and justifying it under any pretext to maintain it.

For example, most people generally sympathize with progress by compassion as human colleagues when they are in a low position, but when they achieve a high position or wealth, they often turn conservative and rationalize them.

Of course, it can be understood from historical experience, such as ‘Tosagupin’, which is said to eat hounds because they are not needed after hunting, and even if it is a law made by himself in the absolute monarchy, he does not apply it. In other words, a society based on paternalism was a society in which distrust was formed between humans because of its fluctuations and inconsistent words and actions, or it was a society that inwardly belittled each other.

For example, despite the fact that women believed in the French Revolution’s Declaration of Human Rights and participated in and sacrificed women’s liberation, not only were they excluded from the distribution of power after the revolution’s success, but many female political leaders, let alone compensated, were destroyed by the guillotine’s dew or excommunicated.

This is because, of course, there were many mean ways to justify the unfairness of swallowing and using it when it was sweet in a paternal supremacy society. In fact, having experienced colonial suffering by Japanese imperialism, we will be able to best understand paternal supremacy.

In other words, the Japanese colonial view that separated political leaders and people from Japan was encouraged to degrade the nation’s identity by insisting that it was Japan’s subjugation from ancient times and that it should be ruled by the superior Japanese as an incompetent nation, asking them to take the four generations for granted as a nation of four generations.

In addition, what was said to be “Koreans and dry pollack taste better when beaten up” has been transformed, creating a confrontational structure of the “in culture” that has been passed down from ancient Korea, and the Korean people themselves said, “Women should tap like dried pollack,” or formed a cynical defeatism, saying, “Yupjeon can’t be helped,” causing them to self-destruct in a state of self-destruction.

In addition, despite making a tremendous contribution to humanity with the life of the “Hongik Man,” the identity of the Korean people, the Japanese imperialism has made the Korean people a weak nation in which they often lie to reach a state of desperation.

This can be understood in our proverb, which is inconsistent with the logic of romance when you are in a relationship and infidelity when others are in a relationship, and the so-called “spoiled dog blames the ash dog,” which is contradictory to teach the other person while being immoral.

In other words, even though other countries distorted history for their own benefit, discriminated against each other, induced a structure of resentment, and devastated it, it was grossly evil as a double immorality, just as it contributed considerably.

In other words, considering the identity of the Korean people in Gojoseon and the fact that Gojoseon was called a country of Eastern courtesy in ancient China, it was a foolish thing to deny that it was a moral state with a long history as a cultural nation from time immemorial.

In other words, considering that the most important virtue in ancient China’s ruling ideology is courtesy, it means that the Japanese imperialism tried to ignore the fact that it highly appreciated the unique culture of the Hongik Korean people, which succeeded the legitimacy of the Dongyi people, who valued ritual. This is because Japan, which was on the outskirts of Eastern culture, considered Western capitalism as a survival style, unlike the Eastern capitalism that was extremely frivolous.

And just as Japanese history has long suppressed its own people, it can be seen that it was a country indifferent to human dignity that the East and the West wanted to realize when we recall that it was harsh with considerable oppression on the Korean people during colony of Japanese Imperialism.

Therefore, it can be seen that traditional Japan, a closed society aimed at armed elitism, easily transformed into “Japanese imperialism” and colonized neighboring countries due to their climate of destroying human morality with exploitation techniques and fear rule using hunger and violence.

Of course, despite the fact that the West at the time found no benefit to colonies, and was in a situation to examine the mistakes of early capitalism that caused imperialism, it would be the result of self-righteousness by ignorance that could not read the world flow.

As a result, the Korean people are still struggling with social integration due to the harsh experience of colonial rule, which has led to the fact that early capitalism created by paternal supremacy was toxic to humans. As a result, it is possible to comprehend paternal values through imperialism, which was faithful to the paternal values that placed more weight on fear than on love even though it became a modern society.

And with the emergence of today’s unclaimed neoliberalism, which seeks to adhere to capitalist attributes, it is possible to understand the nature of paternal values as it becomes a dangerous society with absolute polarization of 1:99. As a result, it is clear that historical development should be carried out as a mother democracy for globalization of the maternal distribution style in order not to repeat past mistakes with a “mother democracy” politics that can institutionalize maternal and paternal as one axis of each to achieve some balance.

4.4 To summarize the argument again,

First, with the emergence of a paternal society based on pedigreeism following the maternal society that opened human civilization, the population rapidly increased, and the prosperous and peaceful life came to an end as it entered the private system and the monetary economy. As a result of this chronic shortage of goods, it became a society closed to the status system, which can be seen as a cause of the decline in the status of women who played a role at the center of life-long soldiers.

This may be due to the regression of spiritual devices as the patriarchal society struggled to reject spirituality due to the harsh reality. Therefore, it can be seen that maternal democracy should be established as a system to overcome a dangerous society created by ideas and institutions created by paternal values. Therefore, it can be seen that for the new generation living in the global era, it is necessary to cultivate human femininity for the globalization of an active welfare society based on a maternal distribution style.

Second, the status system was solidified because the paternal society based on paternalism and totalitarianism is much more important in obtaining the results of social cooperation as a status than labor. In other words, religion was reduced to a means of politics as a means of strengthening the status system created by the emergence of the paternal society, while the maternal neo-mainstream society was a religious society as a unified society.

For example, the mother-in-law society thought of circulating and progressing as humans were subjects, but it can be understood that the contradictory fact that humans are objects in the theory of royal authority that the father-in-law society is empowered by the natural god, the sun god, or the father-in-law single god to maintain permanent power is contradictory.

Therefore, it can be understood that the mid-term maternal society was a non-blooded society because it thought it lived many lives as a religious society, but the paternalism took precedence over anything as it was considered a one-off life as a political society.

For instance, despite the fall of the Communist Party at the end of the 20th century in the former Soviet Union, the fact that paternalism is stronger than any other system can be understood by the fact that executives and wealthy people remain true to capitalism and still have strong power. Furthermore, in a world where paternal values are the mainstream, absolute polarization occurs in any system, such as the phenomenon of concentration of power or concentration of ownership.

Therefore, just as the mother-in-law’s society guaranteed human dignity through the public system, it can be understood that the ‘ownership limit system’, which recognizes the limitations of reason that can guarantee ‘celebrity ownership’, which is the actual content of ‘celebrity human rights’, is suitable for newcomers living in the global era.

In other words, the independent ‘I’, in which the mother-in-law society circulates through life as a person, dies, and progresses to the soul, is dominated by a culture that is the result of social cooperation that I have achieved together as a subject like ‘you’, and at the same time ‘celebrity ownership’ is inherent.

Third, it can be understood that as a closed society, the paternal society was corrupted by the status system that justified exploitation, and it was a heterogeneous society. On the other hand, as an open society, in the maternal society, autonomy was emphasized because humans were fundamentally good beings and they believed that they were circulating and progressing for good purposes.

This can be understood in our adage, which states that ‘the shade becomes the shade, the shade becomes the shade, and there is no eternal strong and no eternal weak’. In other words, while there is mutual superiority between humans, the father and mother can lead society by choosing appropriate things, whether they are paternal or maternal, according to the demands of the times.

In other words, it means that anyone can be the subject of each region due to desire, environmental changes, and social needs, as the Eastern philosophy of yin and yang believes that a balance of yin and yang, which are different properties, should be achieved.

Therefore, even though it can be seen that the human being is a complementary relationship in which men and women help each other, justifying the subordination of any one by the command of absolute existence can be seen as the cause of creating a vocal human being.

Fourth, in the paternal society based on pedigreeism, there was a tendency not to develop women’s abilities or inherit them as women’s abilities or assets were incorporated into the patriarch when men and women married. Of course, in the case of the Korean people, the fact that not only women inherited their surnames but also fair inheritance can be seen from the recently discovered writings, documents, and records of the noble family.

In addition, under the current inheritance system in Korea today, even women who have left the house have the right to inherit unless there is a bequest. Of course, if an inheritance is decided by a bequest based on the sentiment of paternalism, it remains a problem that the woman does not have the right to inherit. If the ‘mother democracy’ distribution style is established, the minimum inheritance will be guaranteed for women.

Fifth, even though modern society has been established, gender equality has not actually been realized due to paternal supremacy, so if women’s lives continue to be at a disadvantage, it should be recognized that there is a fundamental problem and transformed into a post-paternalistic ‘mother democracy’.

Of course, if the disadvantage of discrimination is much greater than the benefits of gender inequality, the father-in-law should cooperate in realizing an active welfare society that is the ideal of mankind with the attitude of ‘one’s untying a knot one has tied‘. This is because if the majority of people are unhappy due to discrimination compared to the total amount of inconsistent elitism contributes to the world, they should be expelled.

4.5 Carry out life politics with matriarchal values.

Finally, as a descendant of the godmother, humans can distinguish between the altruistic superior and the selfish superior. For example, it can be understood from the fact that the gods and saints who have shown the invisible world in various ways since ancient times preached that they were the descendants of God and practiced themselves consistently with their words and actions.

In other words, philosophers, humanities, scientists, and excellent artistic talents who study political leaders and religious leaders to live like humans as active volunteers to realize this are excellent people, but they are not supremacists.

In other words, the word “elite” means superiority, but “elitism” means that there are people whose inner sectors are weak or morally inferior because it means the way a superior person acquires superior status, monopolizes knowledge and information, processes things, or treats people. Therefore, it is true that there are many people with excellent paternalism, but given that men themselves are not superior, paternal supremacy is contradictory.

In response, R. Simon writes that elitism is inconsistent. “In fact, elitists themselves demonstrate the arbitrariness of their fundamental principle of discrimination, because they generally try to justify their discrimination based on principles that are understandable to everyone. Thus, people listen more to the words “women should not sit in responsible positions because they are more emotionally suited to raising children” than “women should not sit in responsible positions because they are women.” (127) – same book 104p

Therefore, despite the recognition that a dangerous world must be transformed into a post-paternalistic society as a result of development based on paternalism, it is not easy to implement a new system with the end of paternalism in reality, as it cannot be denied that humanity has achieved a great civilization and an era of advanced science and technology.

For example, when a bus to a certain destination stops due to a heart attack by a driver, a person who can actually drive with a license is a morally despised criminal, and one is a socially respected person who is only licensed and poor at driving, it can be understood when the conclusion has been reached that he has no choice but to leave it to the conscience of the criminal and ask to drive for practical reasons.

In other words, despite knowing that the majority of humanity has experienced racism or an unfortunate life due to selfish supremacy, it is impossible to change it easily and does not dare to cultivate maternal leadership as paternalism has dominated consciousness for a long time.

Therefore, just as the bus must arrive safely at its next destination by a driver, capitalism created by the paternal society is a temporary measure for a happy life for mankind, so it is always necessary to prepare to modify it into a new idea or system suitable for human life.

In any case, as a result of development biased toward paternal values, women’s lives are difficult as if they burst into a whale fight as capitalism, which justified the greed of infinite possession, induces excessive competition. In particular, Western women have not been recognized as partners, and while the aftereffects of a long-extremely disparaged harsh life remain, women who have been marginalized by the commercialization of humans by capitalism are suffering numerous damages.

And women tend to be subordinated to men even economically as they transform into consumers, although most women have been producers for family health and welfare as they specialize and industrialize into jobs for income, such as welfare, nurture, and healthy diets that women can do better.

In addition, as capitalism, a Western value, became the mainstream of the world, the culture and oriental values of each region drifted. In other words, Chinese medicine based on the philosophy of yin and yang following the maternal society where intuition (inspiration) developed and the primitive yin and yang ideology of the mid-term maternal society, or the dynamics that designed the present by predicting an uncertain future, such as Taoism, which comforted human limitations, are in the process of decline due to monetism.

However, the relativistic yin-yang idea is not exclusive or extreme, and it is an idea that places more importance on harmony and harmony than growth, not contradiction and confrontation, so it will be suitable for newcomers who have to live in the global era.

This is because the Yin-Yang ideology is in line with the gender equality principle that should be implemented in the global era as respect and harmony are emphasized by considering it as a relationship in which men and women are qualitatively different subjects and need to compensate for each other’s shortcomings. This is because, of course, in order to realize an active welfare society required in the global era, life politics in which the father and mother act as one of the pillars of each should become common.

In other words, it has become an era of life politics that embodies an active welfare society based on the “mother democracy” distribution style that balances paternal and maternal values as a new political and economic order suitable for the new generation. This is because the global village era is an era in which depolarization, tolerance (fidelity), environmental protection, respect for life, satisfactory attitude, and quality of life must be satisfied.

Therefore, it can be understood that women must lead life politics to realize an active welfare society that is the ideal of newcomers, just as democratic and welfare women dominate the green movement as international NGOs to overcome dangerous times today.

5. The legitimacy of the universalization of maternal democracy

Despite the fact that 200 years have passed since the establishment of modern society, the growth of the ruling camp is slow, and in reality, it is not on par with men. This is due to the fact that in the maternal society, gender equality was achieved through the primitive communist system, where motherhood was the center of distribution, but in the paternal society, even the religion created by the unique characteristics of women was transformed into a paternal superior religion, and the years that justified gender discrimination have long been solidified as a culture.

Therefore, it is true that after the establishment of a modern democratic society, it developed into a passive welfare state in the early 20th century, but remembering that it is regressing to unwelfare neoliberalism, it is necessary to declare the end of paternalism and implement an active welfare state as a ‘mother democracy’ system based on a maternal distribution style.

In other words, an active welfare society, which is the ideal of mankind, will be globalized only when we advance to maternalism, a new system in which women’s human rights are satisfactory as a complement to each other. Let’s discuss the growth of the passport while thinking about this.

As medieval Europe escaped from the dark ages (3rd to 13th centuries), uncertainty was widespread, leading to the Renaissance of the 14th century (the literary revival movement), followed by the emergence of post-Christian secular natural law as a new concept of human rights. Unlike Eastern humanism, this is a unique humanism derived from the idea of creation, and refers to the idea of natural law that humans should be regarded as dignified beings as everyone has ‘natural human rights’ as a basic right granted from heaven.

Of course, Western society based on Christian culture downgraded women to a piece of male ribs, and women were marginalized and excluded, but with the establishment of a modern society based on the civil revolution’s Declaration of Human Rights covering all mankind, women are an important idea that has enabled women to expand their passports as associations.

Therefore, it can be understood that Western natural law ideology is concrete and groundbreaking in that the East, which has a tradition of humanism based on yin and yang ideology since time immemorial, guarantees basic human rights through virtueism.

In other words, modern democracy, which was established to realize humanistic human dignity, must be a great legacy of mankind in that it enables an active welfare state that is the ideal of mankind beyond a passive welfare state.

In other words, it is significant that the establishment of modern society has progressed considerably, and gender equality is stipulated as an anti-discrimination law, and freedom of assembly association can be guaranteed to create a right to speak for the future and a power to lead the future, as well as to create a system for interpreting the law and implementing a maternal distribution style on its own.

Of course, it is very important in that it is the result of a long struggle of great men and excellent women with compassion for marginalized women and socially underprivileged in a unique environment formed by Western Christian culture.

This is because despite the fact that the mother-in-law exists and recreates humans from time immemorial and forms the central power of mankind through motherhood, she ignored women and alienated them as objects, causing tremendous pain, but the wise motherhood, which is ecologically good at caring, considers patience a virtue and is the result of raising children well, resulting in great visionaries and great intellectuals.

Of course, the ultimate purpose of life, the realization that there is an answer in a life of sharing (love, philanthropy, mercy) for smooth circular progress and a happy life, can be seen as the result of adults (new people) who have grown up with the utmost care and upbringing of their mothers understanding the nature of God through maternal love. Therefore, it can be seen that humans are growing up not by vague creatures, but by the motherhood of existing mothers.

5.1 Development of History as an Active Welfare Society

There is a limit to realizing an active welfare society, which is the aspiration of mankind, in a locational state where the function of the state is to guarantee the basic rights of the people. This is because men who grew up in paternal soil are advantageous as there is unconsciously prejudice against women by customs or emotions formed in cultural soil based on paternal values.

Therefore, it can be seen that a lock state that guarantees passive rights (individualism) that prioritizes individuals is disadvantageous to women, and it is difficult to implement an active welfare society as it cannot uphold the principle of gender equality. Therefore, it can be seen that laws (sexual law rules, promises, etc.), which are the result of social consensus made in the capitalist system, are recognized as having little to do with women themselves in some ways.

For example, even if gender equality has been codified as a law, it can be understood from the fact that women perceive that the law is ineffective because it is not kept in reality. Additionally, in a capitalist society, people are more interested in ownership, and the social losses caused by conflicts of rights are passed on to women as socially disadvantaged people.

In other words, the instability caused by the discrepancy between the modern society and the capitalist system, which was established to realize human dignity, made it difficult for welfare women. This can be understood from the fact that women’s right to vote was acquired through women’s associations in the early 20th century despite the declaration of equal human rights for all people in 1789, and the success of the civil revolution with the support of the people.

And although a passive welfare society took shape after World War II, it can also be understood that today’s neoliberalism, which seeks to faithfully adhere to capitalist principles, has become the trend, making it difficult for women.

Therefore, to this day, humanity remains in the natural right that guarantees ‘natural rights’, but it can be understood that practical gender equality can be realized only when the meaning of natural rights is expanded to active natural rights that guarantee ‘natural rights’.

In addition to the fact that the clergy were passionate about justifying slavery by the 1860s in the name of the father-in-law God, and that poor white workers were comforted with their situations of discrimination through exclusive racism, and that capitalism transformed humans into extreme tendencies by self-destructing their character by hanging on to white supremacy and exercising sadistic behavior against people of color.

For example, it can be understood from the fact that during World War I, tens of millions of people were killed and the Nazis massacred more than 6 million Jews in the name of absolute God during World War II, fearing the collapse of the system in favor of socialism by colonies or their citizens.

As a capitalist lifestyle that fosters an endless struggle for combat, the Declaration of Human Rights was not only considered political rhetoric, but capitalism was also recognized as a system that made an unfortunate life as a dangerous society was formed due to absolute polarization and ecosystem destruction of the weak-minded logic contrary to human dignity.

Considering that nuclear weapons and conventional weapons, which can be seen as a result of research on killing for survival made in the capitalist era, can easily terrorize the earth with the advancement of personalization as well as the devastating destructive power that can annihilate the earth several times, it can be seen that an active welfare society based on maternal distribution should be globalized as a new path.

However, despite today’s unpredictable crisis, most people believe in capitalism like truth and cultivate a capitalist mind, and it is a problem that they do not feel the crisis as a crisis because they are full of vague hopes and conceit, rather than coexisting with each other to help humans live a happy life.

In other words, it means that even though humans think they are wise or are suffering from absolute polarization today by promoting only the merits of capitalism maintained through consumption, they firmly believe that humanity will not make a living hell of a rational choice.

Therefore, it is necessary to recall that the maternal society, which tried to understand the outside while exploring the inside, implemented a sharing system, a distribution method for individuals to live a ‘win-win life’ as independent subjects.

This is because, after the emergence of the paternal society, as a result of the biased development of paternalism to this day, the capitalist system has become a dangerous society beyond recovery due to absolute polarization, environmental pollution, natural disasters, and human degradation caused by mass consumption.

In other words, in a liberal society that guarantees ‘passive natural rights’, if most people act irresponsibly regardless of what happens to society with a dual attitude that differs from the outside and the inside, it will be a dangerous society. In other words, it means that humans as cultural beings become dangerous societies when they are biased, even though individuality and sociality must be balanced.

For example, it can be understood from the fact that in the East, which emphasized harmony based on liberalism in the West, civilism, and 益, it was thought to be futile. In fact, as capitalism, which justified infinite possession, biased development of selfish minds, human sociality, which can understand the ultimate meaning of human life, regressed, and human degradation is prevalent.

In other words, capitalism worked smoothly in small economies in the past, but on the astronomical scale created by capitalism as it is today, it becomes a dangerous society where no one can be held accountable as the majority of humanity cannot keep up with the pace of development.

In other words, in the era of the global village, a system suitable for the astronomical scale should be globalized. For example, by developing science and technology in a maternal distribution style, it would be appropriate to have a modest leisure in daily life while opening the space era.

5.2 Consider microcosm humans linked to Macrocosm

The paternal society tried to understand the inside through the difficult real world, while the maternal new capitalist society intuitively understood the whole. Of course, it would have been difficult for the paternal society to understand the inner world, which is the basis of human good nature, like the error of the first step, as it thought separately from the inside and the outside.

In other words, it would be the same as thinking that there is no such thing as air, even though it is not visible but can be seen by the wind. For example, it is the same as thinking that the outside of a watermelon is green to the inside. This can be understood in the example of a transparent human being that if the dimensions are different, they cannot see each other and only feel it with their body and mind.

For example, when humans are alive, ecologically formed memories and others after death are remembered as images. Of course, it is an area that is intuitively understood if you acknowledge the limitations of human reason and focus on reflecting on yourself with a humble attitude.

On the other hand, there is a frivolous example of pretending to know even though the infinite inner world cannot be understood through the finite material world, which is the tip of the iceberg. Therefore, it is possible to understand that rookies living in the global era should think of humans as a microcosm rather than humans as part of matter and live a proper lifestyle.

In other words, rather than the liberal distribution style expressed in paternal values, the maternal distribution style based on maternal values should be solidified and historically developed into a system for realizing an active welfare society that is the ideal of mankind. In other words, it is necessary to develop history as a parent democracy society to realize economic democratization as post-capitalism.

However, in order to realize an active welfare society suitable for ecologically democratic and welfare women, there is a difficult problem that women must make a decision to acquire more than half of the political power.

This is because there is a device that can be protected by the state to maintain human dignity guaranteed by the Constitution, but human dignity must be actively implemented through a system based on a maternal distribution that guarantees the material basis as “natural ownership,” which is the content of “natural human rights.”

Of course, liberalism created to overcome oppression from totalitarian states was believed to make life happy with material abundance, but today it is making humans unhappy by causing environmental pollution, overconsumption, polarization, welfare reduction, and human degradation to give up being human.

Therefore, it can be seen that democracy based on maternal values should become a society in which the purpose is not a means of liberalism. In other words, in order to solidify democracy, which is the ideal of mankind, ecologically welfare and democratic women develop history and develop into the era of ‘mother democracy’ as a complete post-liberal democracy.

Of course, it is possible as the democratic lifestyle has become more common today, and the conditions for realizing an active welfare society as an ideal of humanity mature. In particular, it is necessary to overcome the dangerous society caused by strengthening the paternal distribution style that is inconsistent with the global village era that aims for the life of existence.

In other words, despite the need to globalize a system suitable for newcomers with the ability to live a ‘relationship life’, strengthening the ‘life of possession’ with neoliberalism that causes an absolute polarization of 1:99, poses a risk. In other words, despite the fact that the globalization of active welfare society that satisfies human democracy, which is one more advanced stage, is regressing history.

This is also because capitalism expressed in paternal values has weakened the central force of motherhood that supports human life, causing social problems due to the collapse of the family, a basic social organization, or excessive family egoism. In addition, people hope that a system that actually guarantees human rights will be established as modern society systematically guarantees them or keeps them in a declarative sense for economic reasons.

In particular, as capitalism is characterized by “poverty in abundance” and the desire for consumption increases, humans can never live a happy life in a structure where they are forced to pay more attention to the metaphysical economic part than the inner world to satisfy their consumption needs.

Of course, it will not be easy to overcome a dangerous society from capitalism because they lived by cultivating the spirit of capitalism in order to survive capitalism, which has become the universal value of mankind. For example, although we know that it is desirable to implement an active welfare society with the life politics of the father-in-law and the mother-in-law as their respective axes in the politics of father-in-law bias, the fact that capitalism stimulated human primary instincts and cultivated needs can be understood from the fact that neoliberalism resulted in the development of desires.

For reference, it is assumed that the motherhood that reinvented humans was respected based on the belief that humans were descendants of God, and that they lived a happy life as a shared society with a developed intuition to explore the inner world and understand the outside world. In other words, the reason why the maternal rights society was able to maintain a society that was rich in its own way for tens of thousands of years and had a high quality of peaceful life was because of the maternal distribution style.

In other words, in the maternal society based on maternal love, the happiness index was high as a shared distribution method in which the maternal family had the right to distribute. On the other hand, it can be said that the father-in-law society lived a life with a low happiness index in the poor life caused by numerous wars as a private society that sought to understand the inner world by exploring the visible world, the tip of the iceberg.

Of course, it has led to numerous wars and will be a clear cause of gender discrimination. It can be seen that in the paternal society that lived a ‘life of existence’, the status of women was high and peaceful, while the paternal society aimed for a ‘life of possession’, which led to an unstable society and a decline in the status of women.

For example, the very low status of women in the paternal society can be understood from the fact that Eastern yin and yang theory, which followed the maternal primitive yin and yang theory, developed into a tendency for yang to take precedence, or that women were downgraded to being subordinate to men in Western paternal society, which was believed to be a creation created by the paternal monotheism, and that the story of hero birth in the ancient paternal society denies the birth of motherhood and is born from eggs.

Therefore, if modern society was established to realize human dignity, it can be seen that a system in which men and women can live the life of existence should be globalized, just like a new capitalist society where men and women were equal. Therefore, it can be seen that a system that achieves gender equality with practical human rights guarantees should be established with a ‘top-down limit system’ which is a ‘mother democracy’ that guarantees ‘natural ownership’.

5.3 Affirming the faith of the matriarch’s society

From the fact that today’s high-tech science and technology era has established the fact that mother-in-law neo-capitalist society explored the inner world and believed humans to be the descendants of God, it is possible to understand that the shared system of mother-in-law neo-capitalist society is suitable for humanity. This is because it was found through insight that the human view of mother-in-law neo-capitalist society, which believed that humans were descendants of God and the endless inner world, the source of their appearance, was reasonable.

For example, a famous pizza company published a study on human prices a few years ago, and it would be a good example to say that the price of a person reaches 50 billion won. Of course, humans cannot be converted into money, but after that, it is of considerable significance in that capitalist society has come to understand the fact that it is difficult to realize a happy life. In other words, as capitalism commercialized humans, it clearly showed that humans made themselves cheap and were living a life of prosperity, not life.

Therefore, considering that as of 2012, there are only thousands of companies with capital of 50 billion at the current market price on Earth, where the world’s population of 7 billion lives, it can be understood that the ‘ownership upper and lower limits’, a ‘mother democracy’ distribution style that can lead a happy life with a win-win life, is a realistic alternative. Of course, the value of women is more than 50 billion won, and considering the ability to recreate motherhood and maternal love as the center of the world, it will be about 100 billion won, which is twice as expensive as men.

As a result, it can be expected that newcomers will choose the end of paternalism after realizing that capitalism as a paternal value reduces the majority of the world to the absolute poor and makes the high value of human goodness and microcosms cheap.

This is because the idea of natural law, which declared the legitimacy of human dignity in the case of the socially underprivileged and women, has become ineffective due to absolute polarization, despite the fact that modern society has been established for 200 years and the era of advanced science and technology. In other words, the idea of natural law, a modern spirit, is ineffective as paternalism has been solidified for a long time.

Therefore, it can be understood that an active welfare society must be implemented as a ‘mother democracy’, a system that means the end of paternalism, in order to adhere to natural law ideas. Of course, it is sufficient to believe that human beings are cyclical and progressive spiritual beings in the society of the maternal new capitalism, and to think that spiritual progress can be made by the practice of sharing, which considers the practice of sharing to be the ultimate meaning of life.

Therefore, it can be seen that the direction of historical development lies in the realization of an active welfare society, considering that humanity considers the consolidation of welfareism to help and improve the socially underprivileged (the elderly, the disabled, orphans, and mother-and-child families).

Therefore, it can be seen that while the direction of social progress appears to be oriented toward paternal values as paternalism becomes the mainstream, it is actually moving toward maternal values based on maternal love as a human centripetal force. Therefore, it can be understood that it is human duty to establish a system that solidifies welfareism as a maternal value.

In other words, in order to live like a human being, it is necessary to realize an active welfare society that has emerged to help others live like a human being. Of course, it is the result of recognizing that a happy life, the ultimate purpose of life through a dangerous society created by capitalism, comes when seeking stability through a “life of relationship” rather than growth for possession.

Therefore, it can be seen that ecologically democratic and welfare women must play a leading role in the ‘mother democracy’ system in order to globalize the maternal distribution style suitable for the global village era into universal values.

5.4 Half of humanity, women, when they are happy, new generation is happy

Finally, the maternal society implemented an active welfare society through a shared system, but it has remained an ideal of humanity since the emergence of the paternal society. In other words, it means that the results of mankind’s desire for an active welfare society since time immemorial were a maternal neo-mainstream society, but none were realized in the paternal society. This is because the paternal society refused to allow ecologically democratic and welfare women to participate in politics.

Therefore, it can be seen that an active welfare society can be implemented only when a system in which ecologically welfare women can actively participate in politics is established. This is because politics determines the problem of value distribution in the real world. In other words, politics is the only means to determine a rational distribution pattern for realizing a welfare society as a process to solve the task at hand.

This can be understood from the fact that religion and economy are linked to politics, although politics and economy were separated from modern society, the paternal society that succeeded the matriarchal society was integrated with politics. For example, democratic politics can establish a system based on a new democratic distribution method to consolidate democracy.

Therefore, it can be understood that the distribution rights were subordinated to men from the time when women’s economic independence became impossible as the father-in-law monopolized politics. In other words, politically marginalized women, despite being male partners, were discriminated against by gender in a state of disarmament like prisoners of war.

In addition, as a wealth society in which power and ownership were proportional became solidified, the mother-in-law, who lost power, was expelled from religion, which was unique from time immemorial, making economic independence impossible, and women who could not acquire property and power became possessions.

In other words, the fact that economic independence is impossible or distrust between women is established as a result of the paternal superiority religion created by the paternal society, in which women became only believers in the religion, which was women’s main job, stems from powerlessness. Of course, it is an exception that the Korean people’s religion led to the matriarch priest as an original religion that has been passed down since time immemorial.

Therefore, it can be seen that it is very important that Aristotle, a relativistic philosopher, argued that women can also be subjects of politics just because “human beings are social animals.” This is because Aristotle argued hundreds of years before Hebrism (Semitism) was globalized that women who reinvent humans deserved political power.

As such, it can be seen that women, as male partners, deserved to live a subjective and active life as an axis of human completion, but had to live a harsh life with sexual existence along with humiliation caused by political alienation. In other words, the paternal society means that nature-friendly women have been commercialized as a means of making money or as expendable beings by using them as objects as natural objects.

In any case, Western women have long been alienated by Christian culture, but as Max became a society that exchanged labor and wages through industrialization, women are facing new alienation again as they claim that what they have created is lost, products become the subject, and people become objects and are alienated.

In other words, since the advent of the paternal society, it has not changed much in the case of women to this day, as a capitalist society has become a subject, money is the subject, and humans commercialize it as an object. Therefore, it can be understood that as long as capitalism that marginalizes humans is the mainstream, it has no choice but to regress to a dangerous society.

In other words, capitalism, created in the deep-rooted absolutist climate of Western society, cannot escape from a dangerous society as long as it is globalized. Of course, beyond capitalism, which encourages a “life of possession” that makes humans fall into objects by themselves as subjects, it will be possible to escape a dangerous society only when “mother democracy” is established, which is a complete democracy that encourages people to live a “life of existence” as subjects and guarantees a material basis.

However, it is difficult to globalize ‘mother democracy’, which has progressed from half-democracy to full democracy created in combination with democracy with liberalism and matriarchism expressed in paternalism. In other words, despite the fact that complete democracy has become possible with cutting-edge science and technology in the global village era, people who are accustomed to the historical experience and progress of the father system tend to be complacent.

This is because, as they think life is short, they have adapted to half-democracy rather than the burden of change. This can be understood from the phenomenon of criticism and political indifference that it is the same regardless of who is elected every time in real life. In other words, as a totalitarian society, the paternal society was unstable every time it changed, and even if it changed, it is still afraid of change as it is known from historical experience of repeated corruption.

In addition, L. Feuerbach (1804-1872) said that the source of his alienation was that people created an ideological god, transferred the best of man to God, and worshiped him, entrusting human problems to God. In other words, it means that man-made God becomes the subject, and humans become objects themselves, and those who are alienated from God belong to religious groups, meaningless to individuals.

This may be the reason why Western society under the monotheistic system took corruption for granted after devaluing itself as a creation. On the other hand, the East, which has a tradition of humanism, recognized humans as microcosms and emphasized autonomy as subjects. Therefore, it can be understood that the heavenly ideology of the East is fundamentally different from that of the Western paternal society in the fact that the life of a ‘taking care of others after cleaning up one’s body and mind’ was considered a happy life for self-completion.

Of course, in the East, humans are descendants of the godmother and existed before the universe, and even if they continued the practice of the mother-in-law neo-bonist society, which believed that they were cultivated and cyclically advanced, they were a totalitarian society that produced vocal humans by depriving the mother-in-law’s unique ritual (the right of a priest) that believed in a cyclical life of regeneration without boiling and converting the public system that guaranteed “natural ownership” to a private system.

In addition, the father-in-law society of the East created a modern society based on the idea of natural law in the West, but the distribution of Eastern civilism was unfair despite the fact that the people said heaven, and Western democracy was sovereign residents, but it was a society full of contradictions that most people had no choice but to starve to death.

Therefore, it can be seen that the natural law ideology in the era of the global village should be extended to ‘natural ownership’ as the content of ‘natural rights’ to generalize the maternal distribution style. In other words, an active welfare society for the ‘life of existence’ faithful to natural law ideology should be realized. This is because capitalism, which justifies infinite possession, will be a diamond-shaped society where the middle class is the mainstream, developing differently from what people thought.

In other words, it has developed into a 20-80 polarized society that contradicts the purpose of the natural law to realize human dignity, and today, with an absolute polarization of 1:99, democracy is in crisis, and catastrophe is expected in all aspects, including material and spirit. In other words, the era of the global community has proved that it is impossible to live in the form of capitalist distribution.

In any case, if a society becomes unstable due to absolute polarization from the historical experience of women’s unhappiness, a sense of internal resistance will be cultivated like the ‘Men are enemies‘. And as a result of the disharmony formed by capitalism’s imbalance in breeding, the spread of a trend of neglect of life, environmental pollution, and resource depletion are posing a threat to the living system.

In fact, the scientific conclusion holds that the massive catastrophe created by the rapid expansion of human needs in today’s huge economy cannot handle even cutting-edge science and technology, despite the fact that humanity in the past experienced a catastrophe. Additionally, as the modern functional state in the realization of natural law has lost its function due to absolute polarization, the legitimacy of state existence is now solidifying into a dangerous society.

Given this reality, it can be understood that humanity’s immediate task is to globalize the parent democracy’s ‘upper and lower limits’ that guarantee a material basis for active welfare rather than the right to live as a passive welfare stipulated by modified capitalism. Therefore, it can be understood that it is the calling of the times that ‘mother democracy’ should be globalized as a system for strengthening and cultivating motherhood as the central force of humanity required by the global village era.
